The day shift manager is rude and disrespectful I visited her twice and she stated I come all the time at this point she will lie as well I went back to go shopping in the area and the ambulance and fire department was present and she was setting at the door on the ground crying I wonder what happened next poor service at this point food caused ambulance and fire department to come out 10-28-2025

I never leave reviews, but the customer service here was 10/10. They brought out fresh fried rice when I chose that entree, offered samples of the new drinks, which I ended up getting, and were generous with the sauces. Super friendly staff.

just want to say how happy i am about daniel’s service here amazing customer service and attitude and willingness to help I needed my reciept for a work expense and threw it away on accident josh and keeren went out of their way to go back in the day and find that paper for me regardless of how busy they were i want to say thanks! amazing service !

One time, after placing a drive-thru order, my food wasn’t immediately ready, and the team took about 7-8 minutes to prepare it fresh. Instead of just apologizing, they invited me inside, offered a complimentary drink, and made sure I left happy.
That kind of thoughtful gesture shows their real commitment to customer satisfaction.
