I walked in at 9:15 they had the store pre closed. Empty pans on the line and on the floor. The crazy part it they close at 10:30. Unacceptable the same energy you have when you open the store. Should be the same way when you close the store.

I finished up my meal and was going to the bathroom when an employee was coming out. He used the antibacterial stuff outside of the bathroom and continued on. I thought that was strange. I went inside and saw the sink had not been used at all. Completely dry. Not even a sign in the bathroom saying employees must wash hands after using the bathroom. Is there some new rule that I'm aware of? I don't think I'll be returning here

I ordered a family meal online and put a note asking that they be sure everything is fresh and they did exactly that. I have a big, picky eating family and they are happy every time I order from this location. Give these hard workers a raise, service like this is rare nowadays and these people deserve some recognition and reward for their hard work and great service!

I got there a few minutes after open no noodles cooked no steak cooked ! Waited about seven minutes for dry and undercooked! I didn’t wait for steak. When a business open the food already ready for the customer. The noodles are what make the meal ! Cook them properly

The staff there short you food and then argue with you about it. They tell you 14 honey walnut shrimp in medium a large carte. And give you 7. Then you get a bowl, and they tell you 7 shrimp in that and she shorted 1. Argued with me about that. The shrimp costs extra too. Really terrible customer service and theft of the product we are buying.

So I came into panda and I had a really long day at work before getting panda and my bowl barely had any meat in it mainly just rice and the workers aren’t very personable. For paying $9 for a bowl I will need some more meat in my bowl

I failed to understand why I try to expect more out of this restaurant. Once again, I order on the app. Drive to the store, pick up my order, get to my house and realize I’m missing something, appetizer, that I ordered. I get back in my car drive back to the restaurant. Wait for them to take care of a few people in line, finally get what I ordered, and by this time, the food I originally got is no longer fresh and hot. I know it’s my fault for having an elevated expectations. But it’s so simple, so why is it so damn difficult to get an order right?
