I live pretty close to this place and I always go. I’ve tried sooooo many bubble tea places in Dallas it’s actually insane, but none are like this one. They make such good boba it’s unbelievable. Compared to other bubble teas made these taste better quality and have many different flavors. They have a stamp service which I love, and they make SUCH good ramen. Between the games, snacks, ramen, and cute seating I recommend this place to everyone! It would be a really cute place to go for a first date or even a study sesh.

The boba itself and the flavors are great! I got the brown sugar milk tea (I would recommend having half the sweetness but that's on me not liking super sweet stuff). However, a few sips in, I started getting these little chunks of burnt sugar. The sips that didn't have these were good, but it did make me a bit wary to drink.

SOOO GOOD. Good Boba is so hard to find but I’m glad we went here. the Thai tea and brown sugar boba is amazing. If you like 7 Leaves boba, then you’d love this. It’s great quality and the man working up front is very friendly and helpful. Customer service was a 10!

i’m giving 3 stars because i was surprised by the price of a large avocado smoothie with boba—it was just over $10. i've never paid double digits for a boba drink before!
while the large smoothie is priced at $6.99, the avocado adds an extra $1. i'm not entirely sure why this is the case.
you can typically find a similarly sized avocado smoothie with boba for about $3-$4 less elsewhere. i made the choice to pay this price since i was craving the smoothie and couldn’t drive further for a more affordable option on my way to work.
i'm not complaining about my decision, but i wanted to share this insight for anyone considering the same order, so you know to expect to pay a little over $10 ?
aside from this, panda tea offers excellent drinks! the boba has a wonderfully squishy texture—perfectly balanced and not too hard!

Favorite neighborhood stop for boba, but don’t sleep on their ramen! My favorite is the roasted black garlic ramen on a cold day. So good and very kind staff!

But I’m Big on Service and the older gentleman who took my order was passive aggressive, rude, and simply unkind in his language and approach. He needs to really do some internal work. I won’t be back because energy is Big and Dallas is too so I’ll find another boba taw spot to enjoy! Ciao!
