I am a Lyft driver and I dropped off an employee here. The employee was a few minutes late due to a bad wreck on I-45. This job doesn't afford him enough money to have his own car, so he relies on rideshare. It took me 15 minutes to get to him for the pick-up due to traffic and 30 minutes to get him to work. He arrived a few minutes late and a completely unsympathetic manager just kept saying "you're late" to him, dismissing him robotically.I was going to treat myself to a pastry and a beverage but after seeing how he was treated I am never spending money at this location.

Panera is consistently good but more and more expensive for casual fare.

This Panera bread is by far the worse! Messed up order twice in a row. They’re VERY unorganized when waiting for food they’ll just leave u standing there they don’t know whose food is whose. They all have attitude. While I was there some lady had to get refund another guy for DoorDash had been waiting he said for awhile. I waited 25 min. For 2 cups of soup. They need an entire NEW team!

The worst panera bread location I've ever been. Bad customer service, lemonade stands are dirty, and I'm not sure if they even clean them. Management really needs to look at this store because it is not up to panera's standard.

Panera is my favorite place to eat during the week or weekend, but I’ve been very disappointed about the lack of food options due to limited ingredients. This has caused me to only go on certain days and sometimes not order my usual items. Hopefully, the menu will be updated and meet customers expectations.

Panera has good food choices on their menu. This Panera Bread in particular is overall unappealing. It is not very clean and no one is really friendly, except for maybe one or two people on the shift. I understand that it gets hectic in a restaurant, but they really need to take the time out to wipe down properly in the dining area and also keep a check up on the bathroom ,And the bathroom smells like sewage

Our cashier/server was very helpful and patient with us as we made our decisions. Food was good. And, as described. Thanks for a pleasant visit!

I order a small broccoli soup and the spicy chicken sandwich to go. Paid almost $20 and they didn’t put anything in my sandwich that supposed to be included, they gave me a plain sandwich just with buns and chicken. Don’t order to go won’t get the right order from this location.

I was waiting in line for 10 min just to order a flat bread pizza for 9.99. This is a liberal business (anti American). They don’t even have a drive through ( and they are on Lemmon ave in Dallas). The owner must be gay or not know about how America works. After 10 minutes waiting to just place my order I left. They probably also underpay their employees less than $15 an hour. Cheap pay cheap labor, bad service. Makes sense.
