Sip Club post - Panera has a customer loyalty program called Sip Club. For a small monthly charge (various discounts on price offered during the year for new subscribers or renewals) you get UNLIMITED “sips” - ie, beverages - for the month. I’ve been here three times in one day. Limited to open access beverages only - see pics. Not on handcrafted beverages. Sips include hot and iced coffee, sweet and unsweetened tea, hot teas and sodas. All free with Sip Club! Coffee creamers include 2%, Half and Half and Almond milk. You can order ahead or at the kiosk as you walk in. Busy times are traditional meal times. Plenty of open, surface parking immediately outside the restaurant.

Food was pretty good, I felt it was healthy enough, good portions, but I miss being able to order for delivery to the table because it gets very crowded and it's hard to keep eyes on your stuff when you're off checking the screen to see if your order is ready.

Although Panera is a chain, and there are quite a few in the DFW area, this one stands out above the rest and I'll always go out of my way to come to this one. Big shoutout to the team lead, Noel, who is always present with a smile on his face and ensuring everyone is helped. What a gem of a being! You don't see service like this these days, let alone at a chain like Panera. Great place to work with free wifi if that's something you're looking for besides a quick bite to eat. Noel deserves more recognition!

Extremely inefficient. All employees on phones and wont address customer in line. Won't acknowledge your presence. 20+ minute wait for a sandwich. Rude. Furthermore, zero white employees. Odd? Left without getting my food. Sip club member, bad location, disgrace.

The sandwich I had was very good and the ciabatta bread it was made with was just crusty enough to be tasty. I wish the side, a bag of chips, has more chips in it than it had. Service was good and accurate, though the line ahead moved slowly.

I recently stopped at the Panera Bread location at 7839 Park Lane for the first time, and it was an extremely disappointing experience that does not reflect the usual brand standard.
Despite being located in a nice area, the cleanliness inside was shocking. The trash cans were overflowing, and the area for dirty dishes was stacked high with trays and plates.
Service was minimal and inattentive. The only employee I saw was distracted, watching a video, and directed me to use the self-order kiosk rather than taking my order at the counter.
When the food arrived, it was lukewarm, and the sandwich was skimpy—it barely had any meat. To top off the unwelcoming atmosphere, the restroom required a special code to unlock.
I visit Panera every couple of months, but I will never stop at this location again. It needs significant attention to meet the basic expectations of cleanliness, quality, and service.

I stopped by tonight around 7:30 PM, well within posted business hours, but the place felt like it was already closed. Most of the food was bagged up for the night, making it feel more like a cleanup operation than a functioning restaurant. Selecting a bagel from what looked like a trash bag? Not exactly appetizing.

They were out of bread bowls—not a huge deal given the time—but things went downhill from there. I ordered a soup and a sandwich on a croissant. The sandwich arrived without the croissant, and when I pointed it out, the staff seemed genuinely confused. Turns out, they had already sealed the croissants away in their end-of-day trash bag. After some hesitation, they reopened the bag and pulled one out to remake my sandwich. Unfortunately, what I got tasted more like a dinner roll than a croissant—dense, bland, and nothing like what you'd expect.

If the team is mentally clocking out by 7:30, maybe the hours should reflect that. The lack of attention to detail and poor customer experience point to a bigger issue: weak leadership. This location needs better management—someone who understands that closing time isn’t just a suggestion, and that customers deserve quality service right up until the end.

this is one of the only places i can stop before work and because my order is always wrong i need someone to check me out which i have to flag down someone to do so and my order will still be wrong and i have to wait even more time to get it redone. i love the food and the people are nice. clean place. just takes forever for unnecessary amount of time. don’t come here unless you have an extra 20 minutes to spare
