Idk why they always mess up my order, the other day the trow a alf bread hand cut like what?
I was disappointed because when I picked up Our order it wasn't correct. I had to tell them what we ordered and get it changed. Once we got the correct order, The food was very good

Panera doesn't disappoint.
I have a sip club subscription and use it regularly. The salads are my favorite food source there. You can even customize most salads with up to five additional items, many at no extra charge. The various managers in all locations I have been to are super nice. They could improve on keeping coffee hot and supplied, food preparers a little more customer oriented, and please bring in some gluten-free bagels, bread, and bakery selections!
Holy crap, I gave this place another try...For a lie. The quiche is half, possibly 3/4, uncooked pie crust 🤮
The squash soup is just pumpkin puree. I wasted my time/money. I have that in my cupboard. Also, maybe just my opinion, the soup was so oily, it was separating.

I waited behind one car in the drive through for 20 minutes before I gave up and went inside to pick up my iced tea. Fast food places ask people to move forward when they are waiting.
RUDE. 2nd the time I've been to this location and the lady at the window is sooooo rude. The last time I stopped at this location. The first time I went I chalked it up to her having a bad day I think it is just her nature to be rude. Maybe you should reconsider having her work the public

My card was fraudulently charged the day I gave my card to the drive through attendant. This was my first time returning to Panera after a bad experiencenin 2017. I guess it's better seeing as how that girl died from the amount of caffeine Panera puts in their tea. No more.

Bad experience from the outset. Cashier didn’t say “hello”, just stared blankly. I had to ask if she was ready to take my order. Took 20 minutes for a bowl of soup. I asked the cashier about the status of my order. She told me to check with the kitchen and said sometimes the buzzer - that tells you when your order is ready - dies. Went to the kitchen. The lady says she called my names 5 times. Her attitude was that it was my fault. How am I supposed to hear my name being called across a loud restaurant which is piping in music. I was supposed to know that their buzzers die. Conclusion: No one here seems to give a toss about the customer. Had bad experiences here before but this is the worst. Won’t dine here again. Try hiring people who actually care and want to help.
