The options are a little healthier and more varied than McDonald's.
But it's still fast food.

Everything was cold and hard I guess their microwave isn’t working. Over priced. Everything is charged individually. I mean is expensive and I mean the same old excuses. You’re at the airport sir.

On Google maps, this restaurant in Terminal A at DFW airport closes at 10PM.
Not so much!! On Sunday 29 June 25, they closed at 9:08PM. I watched the metal gate go down with my own four eyes.
Someone with Panera should be responsible enough to change their times on Google or tell them to stay open. They missed sales from me and the people around me.

This is the fastest Panera i’ve ever been to, with all the same services and options as a normal Panera. Saved our butt trying to get lunch between flights.

Very frustrating.. that they would not serve me with 15 mins left before they closed. I was told they have to clean although they were supposed to be open for another 15 mins.

Terminal A- this side has the regular “go to” and felt like having something better. Tried the croissant with egg and bacon. Flavor was very good and fresh. Even though the presentation wasn’t great. But you can’t ignore the fact that you are inside the airport. Not cheap either $14 bucks for a croissant plus a cup of coffee

Great spot for a quick bite like a sandwich or Mac and cheese, fast service, amazing food, and perfect for airport lunch.

Careless, unfriendly staff. When someone asks what time you open at 5am, don't say 10-15 minutes, then open 27 minutes later after wasting time talking in the back while a line forms.. everyone can see you back there laughing.

We were in the airport in the morning and looking for something to eat. We passed this Panera Bread location and found the prices to be pretty reasonable for airport food. They have kiosks that you can order at, and then check the status of your order on a screen near the pick-up window. My partner got the classic avocado toast. I ordered an asiago bagel with cream cheese, and the cream cheese was $1. I was thinking that the cream cheese was going to be on the bagel, but they gave me a somewhat small cup which I was a little disappointed with. It was enough cream cheese, though. They got our order out within 5 minutes of placing it, and everything was packaged nicely. They have a small seating area and we were able to get a table. Overall, we had a nice time here, I would definitely recommend it for a quick breakfast.

Whichever Panera I visit I am always confident that I can count on them to screw up my order and this Dallas Ft Worth Airport location did not disappoint. I had an easy enough order: a bagel with cream cheese. That's it. When I got to my gate and opened the brown paper bag, I found a bagel, nicely sliced, no cream cheese to be found, not on the bagel, not in a small plastic container that I would have to spread on my bagel myself, getting cream cheese all over. So I sat and waited to board my flight, gnawing on my $4 dry bagel.

Not usual Panera quality. Staff was rude and dismissive. Croissant tasted very stale and old. Even for airport food I wouldn't do this one again

Bagel tasted nothing like the bagels I’ve gotten at Panera stores previously. It was like round sandwich bread. Got it toasted, and all the edges were burnt. Asiago cheese was barely noticeable. Very disappointing bfast. If I’d just walked 10 steps farther, I’d have seen the McDonalds!

I recently got black tea here two different times. The first time, the water was hot and they used multiple teabags, as is Panera’s policy. But there was no 2% milk available, only almond milk and half and half. When I asked about it, they said “that was all they had set out.” The almond milk had a strong almond flavor that made the tea somewhat unpleasant. Today when I got tea, the water was barely lukewarm and there was only 1 teabag in it. It was undrinkable. The employees need to take a little more care to make sure the drinks they’re serving are decent and complete. If you order a beverage here, make sure to specify exactly what you want.
