Says it’s open till midnight but the staff was closing down at 9:25 PM and the manager said they were understaffed and looked at me like I was crazy when I said that it shows they are open 24 hours.

Google says open 24 hours but this panera is not open and the employee working today at 3 am said she "does not know" when panera Bread opens in the morning.... Another example of poor employees training at panera Bread. Even customer service at DFW says this panera Bread is open 24 hours... Poor customer service experience at panera Bread

This is the only Panera I'll go to in the whole state of Texas. The staff takes pride in their work. I've never had an issue with my orders here. Can't say the same about any other Panera locations.

Normally I go to the Panera in Euless but since I wasn’t in a rush and my child was hungry I decided to stop at the one here after my flight since it was close already. My child got served raw macaroni… some was cold others had ice on it. I got the pick two cheesesteak and a broccoli cheddar soup. My soup was fine, but the steak was still red and undercooked. I asked to speak with a manager they told me Ms. Norma would be with me shortly. No one ever came and spoke with me. Very disappointed with my service and I believe CDC should be involved because if a pregnant lady eats that it could cause illness to her unborn baby and multiple more issues to anyone in general.

I'm always shocked at how SLOWLY the employees preparing the orders move when they are working in an airport. The patrons are not typically stopping in for a long lunch or dinner. We have limited time! Hurry up...or at least move fast enough that we know you're alive

I don’t recommend at all workers are rude and my food tasted old when I asked for a remake the old bad built manager told me it’s not her problem . It was filthy also o couldn’t even eat in there bc the area wasn’t clean smh , do better!

The manager is very racist !! She was treating me very different from the other customers in the store, she made very rude comments , my food is always wrong , I come here a lot and I think my food has been correct maybe twice ! And the inside is just always dirty , the manager is doing a horrible job

Deserves 0 stars!! nasty, dirty, disgusting! i saw a roach, the food is horrible, the staff was rude. I waited over 50 mins for my food and as I waited I saw roaches behind the counter.

If i could leave zero stars I would . My recent visit was horrible . All of my food was cold and tasted like it’s been sitting for hours . I then asked for a manager and I was refused the service of getting my food remade not to mention racially profiled . This store is a disgrace .

I recently visited and left deeply unsettled by my experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. The staff exhibited a noticeable bias in their treatment of customers, which was both uncomfortable and disheartening. I couldn't help but feel that their attitudes reflected prejudiced tendencies, leading to a negative experience.

As for the food, it was equally disappointing. I have serious concerns about the cleanliness and adherence to health codes in the kitchen. The meals seemed poorly prepared, and I couldn't shake the feeling that proper food safety practices were not being followed. It’s alarming to think about the potential health risks involved.

Overall, i cannot reccomend. The combination of unprofessional service and questionable food safety practices is unacceptable. I hope they can address these issues, but for now, I’ll be steering clear.

This airport does not offer many healthy options, especially for people with dietary restrictions that can't consume bacon and other highly processed meats. Panera has a "relativley" healthy breakfast sandwich that isnt too bad, obviously way over priced because it is an airport. The bread tastes like walmarts day old bread on discount, I assumed it would have been better because bread is in the name.
For fast food at the airport, it's doable.

I love Panera but this location is garbage. The salad was tasteless and the kitchen sink cookie was so gross. It's normally one of my favorite desserts to exist, period.
