Stood at the counter with no line for like 5 minutes without anyone coming to take my order. They force you to use their stupid kiosks even though it takes longer and they certainly were not busy.

I had a pleasant experience at this location with great food and minimal wait time. Jerry, the cashier, provided excellent and joyful customer service that really made my visit memorable. His positive attitude and attentiveness stood out. Based on this experience, I’ll definitely be returning to this location whenever I’m in the area.

You guys I go to Panera often and I have never experienced a Panera as friendly and efficient as this one! Every time I roll through here, the staff are so friendly and sweet! I never write reviews for chain restaurants, really, but they deserve it!

Manny, Jerry, Olga, and the whole gang are always AMAZING! I have been going to the hospital next door for treatments and come often for lunch. Everyone is always so welcoming and genuinely care about the customers. Manny always asks me how my treatments are going and offers encouragement on the hard days. The food is also wonderful! The chicken bacon rancher is my favorite!

Paid 12 dollars for 1/2 sandwich that had no spread on it , mushy bread , wilted lettuce and some bacon. No baguette I ordered and no napkin or fork for the mac and cheese. I even asked if everything was in the bag. pissed!

Jerry was absolutely amazing, I don’t typically expect too much from Panera but he went above and beyond to create a wonderful and memorable experience. Thank you Jerry!!

I went through the drive through today and Jerry was working the window and I must say he was such a breath of fresh air!!! Amazing staff member, literally so beautiful, it’s so rare to see kind people especially in the customer service or food establishment fields so I HAD to stop and give a review. I hope he sees this and knows how much his energy makes a difference:)

I’m not generally a fan of Panera because I think the portions have been slowly reduced over the last few years. But this location is a regular stop on my way to and from UTSW clinics and hospitals and I have to give them a lot of credit for the exceptional taste of their breakfast sandwiches and soufflés. The Asiago Breakfast sandwich is the best one out there for flavor and portion size. The Asiago bagel they use is easy to hold and eat without making a mess and the sausage is well seasoned. This location on Harry Hines is always clean, bright, and fast.
