Besides the horrible taste of my pizza, when I went to pick it up, the manager was reluctant to give me my order because, I suppose, he thought I was a delivery driver.
He insisted that I confirm the order, even though it was just a regular online order.
He justified himself by saying that he “knows all his customers” and that my face wasn’t familiar to him.
Completely senseless, and honestly, quite racist, if you ask me.
I’m never going back to this place.

Before ordering, I asked the cashier if they wear gloves while preparing, I guess he asked his manager and the manger says you want the gloves or want me to wear them “you because you are preparing my pizza” WELL GUESS WHAT HE SAYS, he will not wear gloves to prepare my pizzas… I will rather go spend my money elsewhere

The food was horrible ? could not eat it and the wings were still frozen I spent over 35 $$ and we were not able to eat what we bought.. I called corporate office and couldn't speak with anyone but had to do everything online and still to this day I have not heard back from anyone.. I'm truly disappointed because I honestly love this pizza restaurant and I normally have papa john's several times a week because it has been good.. but after this experience and after not hearing back from anyone from corporate or that particular restaurant I will have to try other pizza places to find a new brand to fill my craving for pizza ?..

Just sloppy. Sauce, meat and cheese doesn’t cover the entire pizza. No hair nets nor gloves were used. The guy that checked me out with cash didn’t wash his hands after and continued to make pizzas.

The food was good and was prepared well. This was my first visit to this location and probably my last. I guess locals wouldn't have no problem finding it, but I was using Google Maps and it was a nightmare. The parking area is only accessible from a very narrow paved alleyway. The parking was minimal. The guy who gave me my order wasn't very friendly. The experience was saved by the food.
