Ordered through the app, easy enough pizza tracker started told about 45 minutes no problem. Delivery was made by dropping my $33.00 pizza on my front porch with no door knock or bell ring. I guess my 20% tip was not enough for any notification until I checked the tracker. So I ended up with cold pizza, and not knowing when it arrived. That is why I will not longer order from the John. Hello Little Ceasars.

I had a very positive experience here. I bought some food for a friend of mine who was in the hospital and the teenagers who were working at the restaurant were super nice to me and made me feel very comfortable. They made the pizza super quick and I was able to enjoy the yummy pizza with my dear friend. Thank you for everything.

My order was wrong I ordered the works pizza and garlic Parmesan wings, the wings were plain calling the store on the mistake I was told they would pick up the wings bring them back to the store put the sauce on them and bring them back to me that is not cost efficient, nor does it make sense now I am no longer a papa John’s’ customer

Besides the horrible taste of my pizza, when I went to pick it up, the manager was reluctant to give me my order because, I suppose, he thought I was a delivery driver.
He insisted that I confirm the order, even though it was just a regular online order.
He justified himself by saying that he “knows all his customers” and that my face wasn’t familiar to him.
Completely senseless, and honestly, quite racist, if you ask me.
