I called corporate office and couldn't speak with anyone but had to do everything online and still to this day I have not heard back from anyone.. I'm truly disappointed because I honestly love this pizza restaurant and I normally have papa john's several times a week because it has been good.. but after this experience and after not hearing back from anyone from corporate or that particular restaurant I will have to try other pizza places to find a new brand to fill my craving for pizza ?..

Papa John’s has good pizza! I love the fact that they add the pepper. It makes them stand out and adds a nice touch. This location is not usually busy and prepares the pizza quickly.

I ordered a pizza on line. Papa Johns is always a good pick and they deliver without having to go through delivery apps, or so I thought. After I ordered I was informed that it would be delivered by one of the delivery apps. I would have skipped it had I not already paid. And paid I did. Almost 40.00 for 1 large pizza. It arrived and I opened it up to see that at least 1/3 of the pizza was crust. The rest of it was wet, mushy and not good at all. I sent them an email complaining about the quality of the item and asked to be contacted. No response and 40 bucks down the toilet for a garbage pizza. Have shopped with Papa Johns for 20 years or more. They may have screwed me for 40.00 but they will never see another dime from me.

Just sloppy. Sauce, meat and cheese doesn’t cover the entire pizza. No hair nets nor gloves were used. The guy that checked me out with cash didn’t wash his hands after and continued to make pizzas.

The food was good and was prepared well. This was my first visit to this location and probably my last. I guess locals wouldn't have no problem finding it, but I was using Google Maps and it was a nightmare. The parking area is only accessible from a very narrow paved alleyway. The parking was minimal. The guy who gave me my order wasn't very friendly. The experience was saved by the food.

This is exactly what you expect from a Papa John’s! I’m not sure why it only has 3 stars. We had a great experience! Pizza was hot and delicious and made on time.

You've been warned!Update: The manager from the store just called, yelled, and used inappropriate language. This is absolutely unacceptable. This is definitely the worst Papa Johns store. I never did get the food I ordered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Never order from this location. My order was COMPLETELY wrong when I received it. I called that night and filed a complaint through their app to get some resolution. I never heard back. Over the last month Ive reached out several different times and haven’t been able to speak to anyone at the store or on the app. I finally was able to speak to the “manager” today and he completely berated me the entire phone call. He didn’t let me speak the entire time. When I tried to tell him what was wrong with my order, he said he didn’t care. He was incredibly condescending, patronizing and has no care for customer service in the slightest. Ultimately, he hung up on me because I asked him to be respectful and talk to me like an adult. Which should show his maturity level all in itself. Worst service I’ve ever experienced.I’ve ended up calling corporate who is in the process of escalating this issue.

So not only where the cheese sticks that I order not fully cooked but they forgot the soda that I ordered as well and had to wait another hour to get it. To top it all off they didn't even remember to cut my pizza, had to tear it apart by hand.
