How is this location not shut down? (Found it on Uber eats, was closer to me. Didn’t check the reviews here first. Smh) they probably didn’t even make my food and had turned two drivers away. Gotta get them off Uber eats ASAP. And they didn’t answer the phone, I just called to try and see what was happening. SAD.

They are scammy. If you just pick 20% tip they calculate for the delivery fee and tax. My order was 22.50 but if I chose 20% the tip is $7.44, that doesn't math right. I always tip more than 20% but don't try to con it out of me or you'll get less.

I ask for the shaquirony or whatever the name is supposed to have a lot of pepperoni I even ask for extra willing to pay. But everything i ask for extra that I pay for every time I order I get this. One time I was very satisfied but not anymore. They don't care about clients satisfaction.

The pizzas from this Papa John's do not look like the pictures. It's like the people making the pizzas are doing it resentfully, giving you as poor quality of a pizza as they can make with their ingredients.
It's the atrocious service that makes this a 1 star, and the poor attention to detail. There's also no consistency - like making requests on the website. They ignore them. Want light sauce? You might get a gallon, or maybe none.
The workers inside all have a thousand yard stare like they just came out of 'Nam. It doesn't make a lot of sense though, because the place is always empty when I go in and people are just standing around. It's like they think the mere prospect of making you a decent pizza is a huge inconvenience that you're asking them to go out of their way for, when it's literally the reason they are being paid to be there.

Avoid this location. 1) They stole from me. I ordered a $13 pizza, carry out, paid with card. Tipped $1. They altered the tip amount, I was charged $86 2) I called to order, they told me they were short staffed and don’t have the time to take an order. I thought I misunderstood and asked to place my order. She explained that they didn’t have enough people, so they didn’t have the time to take an order right now. 3) Every time I pick up my pizza, staff in the back are vaping.

The time before that I requested my pizza be cut into squares and when I received it, it looked as if they did whatever with the pizza cutter. No thank you.
First, Muhammad the Deliver Driver was Great! Second, the Papa is dead, and the pizza is an unholy amalgamation of old dry dough and the sadness and tears of the employees. How is this pizza bad? Let me count the ways, dry, burned, raw, undercooked, overcooked, inedible, and downright sad. Cicis, the bottom of the barrel pizza buffet is golden in comparison. Try Brother's Pizza & Pasta off 75.

I pre-ordered online 2 hours before for take out order for 2:15 pickup. I arrived 11,12 minutes before scheduled pickup time to make sure I was there before it was ready to make sure I'd get it straight out of the oven fresh to take home. I arrived early like I mentioned to find my pizza already ready sitting on a rack NOT in a pizza warmer. Took pizza and bread sticks home which was a 5 minute drive to find my pizza stuff and barely warm. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I will definitely take Papa John's OFF my list. I do not recommend the Abrams 75243 location. Although the customer service from the crew member Lexi was very pleasant, hospitable and professional. Only bright side of my whole experience.

I walked in to place an order. It was not busy almost 2:00. They would not take my order. They were only accepting online orders. Unbelievable turning away business. Will never go to that location again ( Royal & Abrams) . I wonder what the owner would say??

Worst Papa John's I've ever seen. Would not order from this " location" ! Not even sure if it is a Papa John's location. NO menus with prices, infact ONLY 1 Paper menu on the counter with NO PRICES.
The store looked beyond run down, needs a paint job, love and care badly. Only 1 employee that looked maybe 16/17, Who gave zero cares.
Simply horrible!!! Atrocious, invincible, throw the negative word thesaurus at this "Papa John's"!
