This is probably the worst Papa Johns in Dallas. It’s as if I’m eating a piece of cardboard with rationed out toppings on top. Literally the top of the pizza is separated from the crust at the bottom of the pizza. This was my second time ordering from this location. The first time they completely messed up my entire order. Safe to say I will never order from this location again.

I placed an order through the Papa Johns app and waited nearly 40 minutes before noticing it was marked as delivered. Nothing was outside. I called the store and the manager immediately blamed DoorDash. While I appreciated the offer to remake the order, what arrived was one of the worst pizzas I have ever received from any location. The pizza was a complete mess. There were large pockets of air that burst during cooking, causing all the toppings to slide and pool in the center. The cheese coverage was terrible and over half the pizza looked like burnt scraps. I also paid extra for pepperoncini, which was not included. Instead, I received three ranch cups I did not ask for. When I called back to report the quality issue and the missing items, the manager argued with me, claimed it passed a quality check, then admitted he submitted the order incorrectly. How does a pizza pass quality check if it was made wrong to begin with? And then he hung up on me. Yes, the manager hung up on a paying customer over an issue caused by their own mistake. I used Papa Points that I earned from prior orders and still had to cook from my pantry because the pizza was not edible. Why spend money on takeout if I am going to cook anyway? I chose Papa Johns over the Pizza Hut located in the same shopping center. Like many others in this area, I used to be a loyal Papa Johns customer. Not anymore. The manager’s behavior was unprofessional, dismissive, and rude. Yelling at customers and hanging up in their face is unacceptable behavior for anyone, especially someone in charge of a store. This should not be the standard. It is completely unacceptable to waste my loyalty points, deliver a poor quality product, and then refuse to take accountability for it. If you cannot treat customers with respect, you should not be in charge of customer service.

I got my pizza tonight and the entire center section is stuck to the box. I called and spoke with the manager, Cece. She refunded the fee for tonight‘s pizza. I told her the last two times I ordered pizza from there. It took more than an hour to get my pizza delivered, and it was cold when I got it. She could not have cared less!! Just rude and dismissive!Sorry, excuse for a manager.

How is this location not shut down? (Found it on Uber eats, was closer to me. Didn’t check the reviews here first. Smh) they probably didn’t even make my food and had turned two drivers away. Gotta get them off Uber eats ASAP. And they didn’t answer the phone, I just called to try and see what was happening. SAD.

They are scammy. If you just pick 20% tip they calculate for the delivery fee and tax. My order was 22.50 but if I chose 20% the tip is $7.44, that doesn't math right. I always tip more than 20% but don't try to con it out of me or you'll get less.
