I ordered a large pizza with 3 extra ingredients, the extras seemed like a minimal spoonful of things, everything grouped horribly in the center of the pizza, paying more than 22 dollars for something so bad is not worth it, total disappointment.

New GM....the food and service is 1000 times better now!David Fulingim (new store GM) and Adam Gardner (store associate) are awesome guys. I walked in late thinking the order I placed on Uber would be ready...well I got there and the order I made never went through because they were closed...yet, they went out of there way to help and feed me...outstanding individuals...amazing and personal service...I have a go to place.

My only gripe is they are using door dash drivers to deliver. And in the area I live in they are NOTORIOUS for stealing and tampering with food. This isn’t a knock on papa johns but door dash hires legitimate petty thieves and I already regret ordering the food before I get it.

The second time in the last month I’ve had to go find our pizza on the complex bc these lazy drivers don’t want to actually deliver the pizza. For this reason we’ve stopped tipping ahead of time and have cash for when they come to the door. The lies they tell when calling to ask where our foods at is ridiculous. Order from somewhere else like we are from now on.

I ordered my items at 6pm my food didn’t arrive until 7pm when they are 16 minutes away from my address then when I got it it was just bread I called to speak to a manager who informed me that she would re make it an hour passed and I called back she had not even started making it and said am I sure I wasn’t gonna eat I said absolutely not then she said well can you give me another 30 minutes I said ok and another hour and a half later nothing I called she said my driver should have been made it I said well no he is not here I didn’t get my food until 9pm and she said I would get a refund it was never posted to my account bad customer service and bad management I will never order from them again and I love papa John’s

I placed an order through Uber Eats and they failed to give the driver the 2 litter Root Beer I ordered.It makes me upset ?By the time the delivery came the store was closed. I had to pay an additional $12 plus tip to get a drink elsewhere.

I ordered delivery. Paid full price for a pizza and half of the slices were folded over on each other like a calzone and on the side of the box. So, I paid full price for a pizza that you would only serve to an animal and the only response from management was, sorry. Don't waste your money on this franchise or food.

I placed a carryout order from this restaurant on 10/16/2023. The staff was friendly and attentive. The pizza was delicious! They had a kind of irresistible online offer where a large pizza ordered after 8:00 pm was only $8.88 plus tax, but I chose the stuffed crust, which is extra, so the total came up to $12.86, which is still a wonderful price! I've always ordered pizza from other restaurant chains, now I think I'll be ordering more often from Papa Johns Pizza, especially from this particular location.
