PAPA DIDN'T COME OUT TO PLAY TONIGHT!!! I was a little nervous coming seeing other reviews, but boy were those far from the truth!! I ordered from my work parking lot 10 minutes away, a custom pizza, and it was hot and ready when I arrived. All three workers immediately stood up straight and greeted me as I walked through the door, were so pleasant, and got me my food immediately. It smelled so good I ate a slice in the parking lot and was so very pleased. Not to mention, my favorite sauce was included in the box, which I had added to my order and taken off, but regretted. It was a 5 star night at the Papa Johns!

New York crust pizza is disgusting tastes like bad frozen pizza totally gross and undercooked. Delivery was great product would give -5 if possible. Who thought this was pizza or a good idea. Hope this franchise fails last time I’m ordering from this place gross.

Absolutely Awful Experience – Never Again!
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I recently ordered from the Papa John’s on Forest Lane, and it was by far one of the worst pizza experiences I’ve ever had.
First of all, the staff is unbelievably rude. When I called to inquire about the status of my order, which was already 45 minutes late, the person on the phone acted like I was bothering them. No apology, no explanation – just straight-up attitude. The delivery driver finally showed up an HOUR late and didn’t seem to care at all, offering no apology or reason for the delay. He looked like he just rolled out of bed.
When I opened the box, the pizza was a complete disaster. It was cold, stale, and looked like it had been thrown around in the box. The toppings were barely there, and the cheese was congealed in one giant mess. It was completely inedible. I couldn’t even force myself to eat it.
To top it off, the garlic dipping sauce I paid extra for was missing. And the pizza itself? Completely flavorless. It tasted like cardboard topped with greasy, low-quality ingredients. I honestly wouldn’t feed this to my dog.
Overall, between the atrocious customer service, the ridiculously late delivery, and the disgusting food, this was an absolute nightmare of a meal. Save your money and go literally anywhere else for pizza. I’ll never order from this place again. Stay far, far away from this Papa John’s!

The two young men that made my order was heaven sent!! The crust was fresh and delicious ? This was the best pizza I had all year!! I think one name is Chef Kiss!! Boy did he lay it on me with the pizza!!! Thank you guys!! Y’all did an awesome job!!! My two pizza was delicious!!!! Ps i burned my mouth because the presentation was marvelous and I forgot it was hot!!! You want fresh, good, and hot??? This is the place!!!
We order weekly from Papa John’s. Tried to order tonight. Updated app - did not recognize our address. What? Went to the website - got through the delivery address and then the website was erroring out. Come on Papa John’s - need to have a heavy hand with your app / web development company. Sheesh. Didn’t even try to call - pretty certain that would have been a debacle too.
