Absolutely Awful Experience – Never Again!
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I recently ordered from the Papa John’s on Forest Lane, and it was by far one of the worst pizza experiences I’ve ever had.
First of all, the staff is unbelievably rude. When I called to inquire about the status of my order, which was already 45 minutes late, the person on the phone acted like I was bothering them. No apology, no explanation – just straight-up attitude. The delivery driver finally showed up an HOUR late and didn’t seem to care at all, offering no apology or reason for the delay. He looked like he just rolled out of bed.
When I opened the box, the pizza was a complete disaster. It was cold, stale, and looked like it had been thrown around in the box. The toppings were barely there, and the cheese was congealed in one giant mess. It was completely inedible. I couldn’t even force myself to eat it.
To top it off, the garlic dipping sauce I paid extra for was missing. And the pizza itself? Completely flavorless. It tasted like cardboard topped with greasy, low-quality ingredients. I honestly wouldn’t feed this to my dog.
Overall, between the atrocious customer service, the ridiculously late delivery, and the disgusting food, this was an absolute nightmare of a meal. Save your money and go literally anywhere else for pizza. I’ll never order from this place again. Stay far, far away from this Papa John’s!

The two young men that made my order was heaven sent!! The crust was fresh and delicious ? This was the best pizza I had all year!! I think one name is Chef Kiss!! Boy did he lay it on me with the pizza!!! Thank you guys!! Y’all did an awesome job!!! My two pizza was delicious!!!! Ps i burned my mouth because the presentation was marvelous and I forgot it was hot!!! You want fresh, good, and hot??? This is the place!!!

We order weekly from Papa John’s. Tried to order tonight. Updated app - did not recognize our address. What? Went to the website - got through the delivery address and then the website was erroring out. Come on Papa John’s - need to have a heavy hand with your app / web development company. Sheesh. Didn’t even try to call - pretty certain that would have been a debacle too.

Quite easily the worst Papa John’s in existence. The workers don’t care and don’t read instructions when making an order. They also don’t care about compensating you for their clear mess up. Avoid this location at all cost.

Pizza never arrived. Called once, the manager said the driver had it and was coming. Called again (60 minutes after ordering… estimated wait was 33 minutes) and manager said delivery driver was back to the store. Driver said he delivered it contactless (as requested) He said he rang the doorbell and delivered it. I said that I had looked at all my neighbors porches and it was nowhere near by. His response was “it is a reliable driver who is accurate so maybe someone took it from your porch.” What? I’ve been watching out the window, I definitely would have seen and heard the doorbell? Disappointing and then he told me if I wanted my pizza, he would have to DoorDash it. I declined and now hungry and ordering dominos which always arrives fast and accurately. Will be checking my credit card statement to be sure he refunds me. Very bad service.
I’m confused on why the guy that’s making pizza with a dirty apron is coming to the front to also take orders. Is that not cross contamination? While the two guys (one not doing anything) with clean uniforms aren’t taking them? No problem about the apron being dirty cause obviously you’re cooking but watching him take orders while other ppl do nothing is weird. The food was okay and typical papa johns wings. The service was dry and straight to the point no problem there I guess.

Very upsetting being Fan of Papa Johns for 7 years. We received a cheese pizza with barely any cheese. When I called to replace the order. A lady told me I should have asked for extra cheese. I ask she review my order history as we’ve purchased cheese pizzas for 7 years from this location. I asked for an email to send a picture to help her better understand our issues. Isn’t the customer being happy most important? She hung up. I then called, asked for manager. I tried to speak to him but she grabbed the phone yelling at me so obviously he wasn’t the manager. Very disappointed being a loyal customer, I hope management can fix the issue.

Paid $40 for the “Pick Your Faves”. Papa Johns used to take way better and they used to have better promotions. I picked up our order and it wasn’t cooked properly. The pizzas and even the cheese bread had bubbles as though it were growing tumors. This made for uneven toppings and overall less toppings.
