The people inside are so rude like the doing you a favor when you ask them the status of your order that’s 10 mins late after the app says ready.

I came in during the daytime it was before 3 o’clock. I came to order. There was a lady there in Guy and she was rude as hell and since when did Papa John’s become a daycare I didn’t know you could bring your kids up there less alone a baby acted like it was a problem for me to order so I just walked out and I’m clearly never coming back here again. I don’t know what happened to these doors. All the Papa John’s but this one has to be the worst one Ever Like your kids at work a baby……

Horrible experience at this location. I ordered a pizza online and went to pick up my order and they had gave my pizza to someone else and didn’t even make my pizza. I was treated with horrible customer service and witnessed them treating others this way also asking about their own pizzas.

What’s the stupid role they have on Google maps shows store open until 12. I just close by. I’m about to visit my friend and I wanna get pizza. I just go to the store so the door is open workers making pizza but they said it’s only available for DoorDash, Uber eat and delivery. They care about money not customer service. We are people need to stop supporting business like that.

Had a really TERRIBLE experience with this place! Our food came over an hour later than they quoted, and they quoted an hour delivery time. We were less than 10 minutes away but didn't have a car, so we ordered delivery. We tried to get ahold of the restaurant but they said it was out for delivery and couldn't give us a status. We finally got a call from the delivery service (which was not a Papa John's delivery driver) and she told us to accept the delivery even though it wasn't delivered yet..... and it was over 30 minutes after that phone call that I finally arrived, cold! I will be disputing discharge as I am not going to pay for this type of service or food.

Ordered Shaqaroni with jalapeños Looks like cheese pizza with jalapeños Hardly any pepperoni,very little Called talked to a woman,said she was the manager, I explained situation, she kept saying,I ordered jalapeños I don't understand, if I take off jalapeños, I got a CHEESE PIZZA,because basically all it is,the pictures show a lot of pepperoni on this SPECIALTY PIZZA,PEPPERONIS ON TOP,YOU DON'T SEE CHEESE UNDER PEPPERONI,she say my pepperoni under cheese,yea some,very few pepperoni I would classify this as a cheese pizza with jalapeños, he'll if you order just a regular Pepperoni pizza,has more pepperoni than what I got,and you would think,someone ordering a SHAQARONI----ALOT OF PEPPERONI.......total FAILURE

Place is a circus. Waited an hour and a half for them to tell me they lost my $50 order. The “Manager” had no explanation or resolution which is absolutely crazy to me. I purchased on a gift card so they aren’t able to refund me. They blamed my order being lost on a third party driver after they called me and said they would not be using the third party driver. Not sure if they just ate all my food or gave it to someone else but that’s what I get for ordering chain pizza I guess. -10/10.

They have staffed the most rude, most unprofessional staff. Not to mention simply unclean. I used to love coming here but the last three orders there were either mistakes with the order or just really rude employees for absolutely no reason. If you own this franchise and read these you may want to consider finding yourself a new staff.
