I went to pick up an order for a customer, and the employee was hitting vape while around the food, which is beyond unprofessional. I would not eat from this restaurant. The food may not be sanitary if this behavior is allowed. Vaping around others' food is not normal practice for restaurant cleanliness.

The lady who works there is beyond rude. When I walked in first thing she said was placing or picking up. I'm thinking... Well hello to you too. I let her know that I was picking up and gave her my name. I ordered wings and pizza. My wings come with a ranch sauce and I always exchange it for the honey chipotle sauce that comes with it. So I take out the ranch and ask for a side of honey chipotle. She tells me that will be and additional .75 each. I said "Oh when did you start charging for that?" She replies, " We have always done that. Just because someone else doesn't charge doesn't make it right. If you had changed your sauce online I wouldn't have to charge you." I say. "Well there isn't a way for me to order honey chipotle sauce on the website." Before I could finish, she responds.."Yes there is, you just didn't look. People do it all the time." I'm like WOW!!!I go to my car and get some change and come back. Now remind you I took the ranch sauce out and sat it on the courtier. She places my sauces that I paid for down and then takes the ranch sauce and still charges me for both sauces. I was done....SMHI love this location and the people who work there but she makes me not want to go ever again.

Ordered the 3 meat Papa John bowl with bacon. Was advised that I would have to delete some of the garnishes before they could add the bacon and if to many add-ons were added,that it wouldn't cook all the way through which was strange to me. Now if I had ordered a pizza and ordered extra add-ons would this be an issue! Also I called prior to me going to Papa Johns, the lady that answered the phone could't give me a cross street, intersection or the address.

Got left hanging for hours. They delivered the worst pizza I’ve ever seen and proceeded to ignore me for over an hour after I reached out about(because I reached out after the order was placed ?) . Good luck with this place/ the manager is most likely unqualified and is most likely on the spectrum. Don't order with basic expectations.

So I ordered a full meal with pizza and wings. Got my wings and we're half cooked. I sent complaint to corporate but got no response as to correction. Now is salmonella isn't a reason to address I don't know what is. See for self and told corporate I'd would post and review. Never again will I use this place.
Based on my experience and other reviews, they need to shut this location down. Pizza was delivered late, cold, stale, very few and missing toppings, missing items, no one to answer the phone to get a refund. Literally didn’t even eat the pizza and had to order from Domino’s. What a waste of $60 — yes, $60 for 1 M, 1 L pizza, garlic knots we didn’t receive, and a dessert.

Oh, what can I tell you, Italian friend, a proper American experience otherwise you'll have to go to Italian restaurants, even good ones, but you won't enjoy real pepperoni pizza!Stuffed crust highly recommended if you normally avoid the cornice

I did a take out and my pizza was never delivered what a waste of money and they didn’t refund me back nothing I called the store no answer I went up there they told me to call door dash what a waste of $25 dollars
