Papa John's outsourced the delivery to DoorDash. DoorDash messed up the location of my Apt, and the driver failed to deliver. I took screenshots of where the driver was at and where my Apt is at but they refused to meet me... Never ordering from this Papa John's location since they use DoorDash.

Kristy at the register was slow and unfriendly, had to repeat everything multiple times, and she totally missed my takeout sitting on the shelf. Kitchen staff was fast and correctly updated the online status tracker

I went in there Halloween night and ordered a pizza. The girl who took my order not only didn't wear gloves when she made my pizza (I'm not even sure if she washed her hands because I wasn't watching till a minute or so later) but she was texting on her phone WHILE she was making the pizza. She dropped the phone long enough just to use that hand to toss the dough and put the cheese one. Everyone knows how bacteria filled phones as most people rarely sanitize them and take their phones EVERYWHERE with them. For whatever reason, I didn't complain. I tried to tell myself that anything would burn off in the oven. The thought bothered me so much that I ended up just throwing it away. I sent a complaint to the company but never heard a word back. No apology, no standard response, no acknowledgement at all. So, here I am.

You are the most snide and unprofessional person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
Customers, don’t order from this store.
The pizza literally had MAYBE a tablespoon. Of cheese on the whole thing. I called to try and get a proper pizza with cheese and this snarky “team lead” basically lied and said he made it himself and there was a cup and a half of cheese on it. Anything to not have to make a new one and send it back out as a replacement for this one they can have back.
Also they use DoorDash for their delivery instead of own drivers and do not put safety seals on the pizzas. So basically any driver can have access to your food if they choose to. Not sanitary at all.
So this pizza is now in the garbage, and I guess I need to file a claim with bank to have the funds returned.
If the actual manager sees this, please find a worker who isn’t so rude and snide to customers. I’ll never order from this location again.

The black girl working the front Saturday about 630.. wow! This girl had the worst attitude and ugliest mean look on her face. I just came in for a pick up and this girl with braids was giving me the dirtiest look! Not a hello or anything! I’ve never encountered an employee look so rude without even speaking!

Calling for 2 hours no answer. placed an order at 11am and been waiting for 2hours I had to cancel it. Bad service they don’t answer the phone and take to long for delivery I been waiting for 2-3hours no wonder it has bad reviews. Don't recommend this place try a different one.
The cost of the pizza was crappy the amount you have to pay just to get a pizza it was just ridiculous it was good but it wasn't worth the price

I ordered 2 pizza's, one with extra cheese and pepperoni, the other with black olives and pepperoni. They put the extra cheese and black olives on the same pizza and the other was dry with only pepperoni. I didn't even complain, just left cause we were hungry. Ppl were nice though.

I went to pick up my pizza and I asked a worker (black lady, not sure her name as she wasn't wearing a name tag) for help. She'd "go look for my pizza", but never came back with an update. I had to get her attention again and she would disappear again and not come back for any information. I was left waiting with no clue if she was even looking for it. This happened multiple times.
After 30 minutes, I found out my pizza had been sitting on the shelf the whole time--cold. The lack of communication and poor service made for a terrible experience.
