I ordered 2 pizza's, one with extra cheese and pepperoni, the other with black olives and pepperoni. They put the extra cheese and black olives on the same pizza and the other was dry with only pepperoni. I didn't even complain, just left cause we were hungry. Ppl were nice though.

I went to pick up my pizza and I asked a worker (black lady, not sure her name as she wasn't wearing a name tag) for help. She'd "go look for my pizza", but never came back with an update. I had to get her attention again and she would disappear again and not come back for any information. I was left waiting with no clue if she was even looking for it. This happened multiple times.
After 30 minutes, I found out my pizza had been sitting on the shelf the whole time--cold. The lack of communication and poor service made for a terrible experience.

Be aware! This location uses doordash for its deliveries. Never got my food. Delivery guy wrote he couldn't get in the apartments while taking a picture of the pizza right by the pool inside the complex.

The pizza was great,we had it delivered and the driver was nice,the issue we had was the pizza wasn't cut correctly it wasn't cut all the way thru as you grabbed a slice the lower part of the pizza would stay with the other slice so 0lz show ur employees how to cut the slices.

The driver got lost and never delivered the pizza even though I contacted him to tell him how to reach me. They use DoorDash(undisclosed until after you place the order) and they had the address wrong on the map! Indian driver with terrible English couldn’t comprehend how to get to my apartment so he either took the food with him or dropped it off at the wrong door! It had been over an hour from when the order was placed, so by the time I got in contact with the store it was closing time so they wouldn’t let me pick up the order if remade. Had to settle for a 3 day refund and figure out something else for dinner. Never using them again.

I ordered some pizza for my girlfriend and I the other day and spent around $50 on these two meals. I ordered a supreme and my girlfriend ordered a square pizza. When the pizza came after I already paid my pizza was all messed up and my girlfriend did not get the square pizza she ordered. I’m prepared to write a few more reviews on many different accounts I have unless my issue is taken care of. If not this will stay up and the reviews will keep on coming

Ordered and alfredo pizza and instead of putting alfredo they put ranch.. called them and said they can’t do anything about it being it was through door dash even though they’re the ones who made the pizza wrong

I visited the Greenville Avenue location yesterday and the customer service was the WORST! The employees are fighting and the customers have to pay the price. I stood there waiting for at least 5 minutes for someone to help me. The employees saw me, but never acknowledged or even greeted. One was sitting taking her break, the other was on a smoke break, and the other said he was “making food”, so he couldn’t help me. Whatever is going on, the manager needs to handle it.
