I WAS a customer for 10+ years. Today I decided no longer. My past, say, 5 orders have been just garbage. Taste awful, cold, expensive and if I call to say anything there is no accountability at all from the manager. Sorry but I’m done with Papa John’s. I can get better deals, better pizza that’s hot and correct elsewhere. This store give Papa John’s a bad name

Despite the absurd NYE Traffic, I’m honestly GLAD I Placed My Order at This Location because upon receiving My Order, it was AGAINST The Traffic on the way Home. I Arrived to some Friendly Faces. They were ALL SMILES & seemed to be having a Team Meeting when I arrived, but EVERYONE Greeted Me. I felt like I was Rihanna. They pulled out ALL The Stops. One Team Member asked if I was picking up or placing my order. Another asked for My order Name. Another checked my order for accuracy. Like EVERYBODY was in sync & I could tell that This Store and The Manager ABSOLUTELY Hired and Trained His Employees THE PAPA JOHN’S WAY!!!
