The crust was unique almost like pita bread style that's why it didn't get five stars all the way across. But very good the crust is the best part about it it's the over saucy top.

SUD — Smashed on ArrivalThey sent a doordash delivery driver to me. After hearing a bunch of commotion in the breezeway, I open my door to make sure the delivery driver didn’t yeet themselves off the apartment staircase. I am met with the pizza box on the ground in front of my door, and the doordash deliver driver scurrying away.I call the manager. He was cool. I sent him a picture of the pizza and he offered to send another out to me.ANOTHER doordash delivery driver. *facepalm* This time they couldn’t figure out how to get through my apartment gate despite me stepping them through it. Needless to say, I had to walk to the front of my apartment complex, and receive my pizza remake IN THE RAIN.May Henry the Pep-ohalf-rooni pizza rest in peace with the overall plummeting stock of Papa John’s in a whole.

I placed an order yesterday, and I wished I hadn't. First of all, the delivery sucks. The delivery driver delivered my pizzas as if it were grocery. She pulled them out of the bag from the side, which meant that they were not laying flat, so they were squished, folded, and toppings were partially off. I ordered a barbecue chicken pizza, and there was no barbecue sauce in which I could be found. This was a waste of my money.

Terrible location and terrible manager. Received an order here and every item was wrong, the only thing the pathetic manager here was willing to offer was future credit. Avoid this location at all cost.

Placed an order last night at around 830 it was to be delivered around 905. It actually arrived after 10pm with a garlic sauce open and spilled all over the pizza.

Terrible experience with this location. I would not order from this location. Delivery driver is incompetent, employee inside the store is a liar and management will avoid your phonecall. Take your business somewhere else.
Ordered for delivery driver left pizza outside the door no text, knocking or call..didn’t even know it was there until I call the store 2 hrs later..store employee told me they would give me store credit.5 days later called to order with the store credit they promised, they told me I do not have store credit..

We usually get "the works" or the"meat eaters" (no vegans here) with the regular crust and I always pick it up for us. The service has been okay. The pizza did have the better ingredients, at least, I think it did. My only constructive criticism is, well two, the first is all three pizzas were perforated, not completely cut. They can fix that by sharpened their blades. A dull blade will not cut very well. Obviously, PaPa John's computers really blow, because every restaurant I've been in, the clerk was getting frustrated with the slow and archaic software.

I have never had Papa Johns Pizza before and for the first time today, I ordered a sausage & pepperoni pizza with extra cheese from their restaurant and although the pizza was good it had very little meat on it and it was barely warm.. That's the reason for the 3 stars..

The manager on Frankford and the Tollroad (4727 Frankford) is an absolute j**** We paid for something that wasn't delivered and when we called back he said there was nothing he could do about it. Don't know his name but it was a man. He's awful. This service is trash. Don't support them.
