Pizza arrived 2 hrs late, cold and the pan left underneath. I called and the manager was laughing over the phone. I will never order from them again . Truly disgusted
My pizza is burnt, I called and the man said it was normal and it was the butter. I’ve never ordered a pizza that looked like this from Papa John’s. My two year old won’t even eat it.
