The pizza is as expected for a fast food pizza chain. The place needs to add some seating or benches inside because there is currently none whatsoever. Any time I’ve been here there are a bunch of people just awkwardly standing around inside with nowhere to sit.

Our food came cold and late (30 minutes from the store to our door), the pepperoni and half jalapeño pizza didn’t have pepperoni on the whole pizza, and no apologies at all from the door dash driver (that we did not order through) for the delay. So disappointed.

I had ordered my pizza on the phone I had ordered 14 inch cheddar fresh spinach, mushrooms, black olives, tomatoes, half sausage, pepperoni, half chicken and a garlic cup and pepperoni peppers when going to the location, the order was not correct the first time so I asked her to remake it again. The second time it was brought to me it was not correct. I called the store the next day I spoke to a manager, William. He said that he was going to remake my pizza and give me a partial refund. I told him thank you When I called to redeem that in the general manager, Michelle Goins made a statement that William was not supposed to say that to me and I am not going to get my remake of a pizza. The pizza was not correct the first two times it should’ve been correct the first time at the end of the day I just wanted my pizza unfortunately I’ve wasted time and gas And still I’m not received a pizza. I’ve called and made a complaint the way that the general manager spoke to me, was very disrespectful and inconsiderate when arriving to the store I said you hung up the phone in my face she said yes proudly

I ordered boneless wings with the barbecue flavor. I'm wondering where is the rest of the sauce. When I called to pay with card customer service was impatient unprofessional and has very poor listening skills. Drivers can't seem to read or follow simple instructions such as do not put my food on the ground, hand it to me. One knock at the door opened just in time because yes my food was in position of being placed on the ground. Wings dry and cold

Alex the manager here was super unhelpful. Never order if something goes wrong it’s sorry take it up with them. Do better.
Adding to the review after going through all the customer services: Delivery service at least blocked the driver - Papa John’s just didn’t care. You’re a pizza place and have the most ability to make a delivery issue right and just choose not to. Seriously do not order from here unless you want to be disappointed.

My pizza was delivered by doordash and my pizzas were delivered cold. I got to watch my dasher spend 25 minutes attempting to deliver a different order somewhere else while my food sat in the car and clearly not in a hot bag. I’m done with Papa Johns and their delivery until they go back to their own drivers.
Manager refused to cancel the door dash order and refused to make order modifications. I asked multiple times for help and none was given. Poor customer service.

Figured the tips would go to papa Johns drivers not Grub hub, won't be ordering from here knowing the tips are going to non papa johns employee drivers. Would rather drive to go get my order. When did papa johns get greedy with the garlic bread sauce they brush on the bread Stix. Should include an option for extra if wanted.
