Wish I could give a zero I placed a order waited well beyond delivery time then seen it said my order was delivered I called and explained to them I am sitting in the living room no one delivered my pizza so I was told I don't no what to tell you the driver said he delivered your pizza so I drove up to the store and was told again they did not no wat to tell me and they make the pizza they dnt no what happens after it leaves and told me the drivers name was Oliver so that's 30 dollars down the drain my kids crying hungry and was just told I don't no what to tell u I have video and pictures of it all and paid for pizza delivery charge and tip and you dont no what to tell me

Call for delivery order gave them my order paid my money. They told me to be 30 to 40 minutes. I waited a whole hour to get my order then turn around and DoorDash called me and told me that gave somebody else my order kind of found out the DoorDash took my order, kept calling up there to them to the Papa John’s on South Buckner. They never answer the phone, so when I did get in contact with somebody, it was real rude. It’s not acceptable.

I received burnt black pizza and couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone, I was routed thru their phone tree for a half hour before hanging!!! Terrible service

Delivery took twice as long as quoted on the app. Pizza was cold. Delivery driver forgot items. No 24/7 customer support. Last time ordering dominos.

I tried to order pizza for my students for a fun Friday but they did not answer the phone, due to no other pizza establishment being open near the school, I had no other choice but to take my service to this location. Unfortunately I tried calling them for 45 minuets with no response. TERRIBLE customer service, I will not be bringing my business here again.
So pissed I drove 15mins been craving pizza for a whole week. It clearly says on the box what I ordered. I was especially looking forward to the bell peppers only chose Papa Johns cause of shaq commercials and do you see any bell peppers on my pizza!?!?!?

Only went for the new garlic pizza, and it didn't disappoint. Great taste was hot fresh. Might need to go back again sooner since my gamely typically goes to Pizza Hut lol
