I went in the store to pick up my order at 11am and tell me why i had to wait 3 hours for a pepperoni pizza.
Ordered 1 large Philly cheesesteak pizza with stuffed crust and 1 large special stuffed crust cheese pizza, and 2 marinara sauce through the app. We never got a knock or any indication that the pizza has been delivered to our house. We were lucky to have our roommate come back from the store to find the pizza on the floor outside our door. Upon us opening the pizza box, we were met with our pizza being ruined. Order 2 medium pizzas over the phone, the lady on the phone acted very frustrated at me for asking questions. She told me it would be about 30-45min. When I got off the phone I had a bad feeling. It's been over an hour so I called to check on where my order was. They continue to tell me I never placed an order and it would be another 45 min!!!! And I would get 50% witch I already had on my original order bc I had a promo code from being at the ranger game earlier that day!!!...read full review
