Absolutely useless. They took 2 hours to cancel my DoorDash order. Don’t use them if it’s an evening and you want an easy dinner or late night pizza

So we bought 4 pizzas and papa John’s never mess up our order. I should have checked them before leaving but that what I get for trusting people. Once I got home and checked they forgot to put the sausage on the pizza. Gave them back the pizza and hoping they would have said keep it we will make you another one. I Have to say they were nice about it when I told them about the issue just had to wait about 10-15 minutes for them to remake the pizza

The website wouldn't let my order go through something to do with dual account, so I call the pizza order in and they want to jack the price up, all I want is a pizza but these sorry mother fers website is given me problems, I all ready promised domino I would never buy from them again and I will now to papa John's, the same way, hello pizza hut, I will starve before I eat there pizza again, last time it gave me the shits Anyway

We ALWAYS have an issue with this store. We only keep going back because we just love pizza. Too many issues to recount them all but I’ve had a rude experience with the manager where they didn’t send a sauce I had paid for - I called about it, he told me they were out of that sauce, I asked why couldn’t someone call and ask if I wanted a different sauce since I had paid for one - and I got a rude attitude. Personally I was done after that. He was so unprofessional it blew my mind. But tonight my husband ordered for him and our kid and one of the pizzas didn’t come with a garlic sauce and the Parmesan breadsticks had no parm sauce. This is not the first or second time this has happened. The breadsticks are what makes him get Papa John’s over other places but this store can’t even get those right.

Store has really been cleaning up the last 4 years. New managers trying their best to give good service. James (?) The GM has his hands full there, as no one really wants to work these days it seems like. But the managers they have work hard.

Great service! They made a mistake with our pizza and were amazing about letting us know what happened and fixing the problem very quickly. The manager was top notch.
This doesn't quite look square cut to me, nonetheless it was fresh and tasted good.

Sadly I ordered at the wrong Papa Johns, but I didn’t think much of it. Unfortunately, I saw the reviews after placing my order so it was too late. It didn’t take long for my order to be ready, so I was excited about that. Then I realized they cut corners somewhere while making my pizza. I get there to pick it up and I was not greeted until the guy who I guess usually works the register finished his current task, which is fine. But there were two other people who didn’t even acknowledge me. Anyway, once I’m home, I open the pizza box and I can barely tear the slices as the pizza keeps breaking. It was thin although I did not order a thin crust pizza. And they barely used any sauce. I can actually see the crust through the top of the pizza. The only thing that was excellent were the brownie and cookie I ordered. Sadly, I will not be returning. I refuse to pay that much for a cardboard pizza. And by the way, I LOVE Papa Johns. This store needs to do better. And it seems as though management doesn’t care as long as they’re getting a paycheck, which really sucks.
