The food was fine and just like any other papa John’s so no complaints there. However, I have never in my life met such rude people. Specifically the store manager was horrible and incredibly rude. I would rather go out of my way to a different location than go back here because of that alone.

Several times we have ordered pizza from this location, to pick up, and our order gets canceled. This time they didn't even call us. We got to the store and the door was locked, the guy wouldn't even acknowledge us. My husband looked down at his phone and saw it then. It was before 10pm. Another time they canceled 35 minutes before closing. Very frustrating!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Made me wait 2 hours for an order to be delivered just to find out it was canceled. Called in and the guy was super rude on the phone.
called to order a pizza for pick up, lady said press 2 to speak to someone for an order so i pressed 2. the guy answered and i told him i wanna place an order for pick up. then goes “so you called the manager to place a pick up order?” extremely rude. first of mr “manager” are you to good to place the order yourself? I don’t know why it called the manager but why not just be like “oh hey this is the manager i’ll send you over to someone who can place your order” easy as that. sorry you manage a pizza place but if you’re going to be a manager how about some professionalism. i’ve worked in the service industry for 5 years as a bartender and i would never talk to a customer like even as a manager. for real just ordering from pizza hut at this point.
