This may not be a fair review on the food because I'm not a huge fan of the type of flavors. Specifically if a kitchen is heavy-handed on the fish sauce. I think generally Americans don't mind it. The server made a recommendation on one of the dishes we ordered, Bun Ga Nuong... to do a mix of pork and chicken. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and what I really appreciated is that they understood the gluten free diet right away and made sure everything was safe for me. Such a great experience overall!! can’t wait to go back!🙌
