Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen

This is one of my favorite go to restaurants. Great drinks, bartenders are nice and attentive.

I the salmon with shrimp, scallops and crawfish. I chose broccolini and salad for my side. All of the food was cooked very well and the flavors were amazing.
I also tried the sweet potato pecan pie, it was very sweet. I couldn't finish it But the flavor combination was different and delicious.
I will come back for the seafood and salads. I don't think I've had a salad taste so good

Mississippi Blackened Catfish and Shrimp Etoufee was great! Great wait staff! I highly recommend the Bread Pudding w/ Bourbon Sauce.

The entrees are well-dressed. Atmosphere is elegant. My favorite appetizer is the crab cake. It's the best crab cake I've eaten in Dallas. My favorite soup is the seafood gumbo. My favorite entree is the grouper and jumbo crab. My favorite dessert is the cream brulee.

Ordered to go. Got a text saying my food was ready at 3:09. Waited in the designated area for 15 minutes while my food is getting cold. I finally went in there to pick uo the foodand when I walk in the restaurant is empty and my food is just sitting there with nobody around. There were maybe 6 guests in the whole place. Then on top of that to have the server give me an attitude about it. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the manager was polite and extremely understanding. She offered a gift card which I declined because I seriously doubt that I will be coming back here. I would not recommend this place for pick up orders.

Lombardy Pappadeaux…
Appetizers came out cold, they brought another fondue and it was kind of warm. We had to go get our own plates!! We had to go get our own silverware!!! The manager came by smiled it off, laughed it off asked a couple of questions and walked off.

Then we get our dinner and the steak was overcooked. The manager came by laughed again. What is funny? When I told her that we needed her to come some of the freaking meal. She did not, I am not impressed with this Pappadeaux‘s at all, you all have got to do better.

And it is November why am I freezing in this restaurant?

The manager has to do better. I didn’t want her to comp my food, but should’ve taken that appetizer off that came out lukewarm twice and the steak that was not medium rare.

Friday evening dinner for family of seven. Kim was our server and she was great! The food was good, hot , and big portions- appetizers and dinners. Had to take half of my meal in a to go box, and it was even better the next day!
