The manager Top is a rockstar! She swooped in and saved the day! We came here for my birthday and fell through the cracks at shift change. She came in and personally saw to it that our service was stellar as her and our waiter Scott went above and beyond to make this day one for the books! Awesome crew! Amazing service!!!

Always a hit. One of my favorites when traveling in the metroplex
Stepping out to a great dinner to celebrate. Food and service was very good. Overall, a very good experience... Not your Texmex style of food. Started with a drink , watermelon margarita and a peach sangria. Potato taquitos (not very flavorful) for an appetizer. Main course my wife had the shrimp brochette and I had the seafood enchiladas. Both were really good, was a lot of food to eat. Left no room for desert...bummer.
Be ready to spend some money, prices seemed high to us.

i sincerely WISH i could give 0 stars. Me and my friend walked in and got seated and we were supposed to have a server named “Matt” he decided he didn’t want to serve minorities and kept walking to other tables and helping them. 20 minutes passed with no server trying to help us or anything, and i flagged down another water named “Ron” he was absolutely the best. He took over and got our drinks and orders placed and helped us with any issues. The food however was terrible, it tasted like salty, non seasoned whitewashed food. I had high hopes for this place because it looked amazing but the food was mediocre and it was expensive which was a double let down. All the sides were tasting off, they never brought the complementary chips and salsa until we asked, and even then it was all broken chips. Towards the end of the service I asked for a manager to ask what was going on and he started telling us about how the waiters were shifting and doing other stuff when clearly that didn’t happen. Anyone with eyes could see that our supposed waiter “Matt” was ignoring us and walking away and on top of that, there was barely any people there. If there was a lot of people then I would understand taking a long time but it was empty so i’m still confused on why this server treated us like this? Completely unacceptable and i hope everyone sees this review and potentially goes to a different location if they want good service and food. What a joke.

I haven’t been to this location in years, and now I understand why. It took over 30 minutes just to get our drinks. They initially brought out one of our plates incorrectly and then, an hour later, gave us the correct one—only after admitting they had served it to another table first. This process took an additional 35 minutes. I witnessed several tables engaging with management about their own issues. I will not be returning to this restaurant, nor will I recommend it to anyone. Horrible service!!!

Food is WAY overpriced for average Mexican/tex-mex plates. Least favorite of the Pappas restaurant chains. Has a horrible smell in there. Unfortunately I have nothing good to say about my experience. Two apps and two small entrees, chips and salsa. ~$90 and neither of us liked any of it. Very uncomfortable booth seating on top of everything else. Won't return.

Been here a handful of times and it is straight fireeee!
This Tex-Mex restaurant was excellent. It was bustling on a Thursday evening during the dinner rush. Our food arrived promptly, and the drinks were superb. I particularly liked the buttered shrimp. It was charred to perfection!

Amazing food. Outstanding service and the classic Pappas decorating vibe. It all comes together to form an experience that is both streamlined and personal at the same time. We got a lovely free dessert platter and queso appetizer because we were celebrating our boys’ soccer tourney win. That’s classic Pappas hospitality in my experience and you have to love that they have kept that up even as most corporate spots are cutting back. After all these years Pappasito’s still holds GOAT status.
GREAT experience.
Top was our waitress. Can we steal her away from Pappas? She genuinely cared that our experience was a great one.
We went with her suggestions on food and she hit a homerun.
Big portions....so flavorful. High quality meal.
This was my first time at this train restaurant and it was actually surprisingly great. It was obvious that this was not mass Market Mexican food and that they had taken some time and steps to make the food from fresher ingredients not items bought off the back of a Sysco truck. There were plenty of combination plates for lunch and the enchiladas and flour tacos were particular standouts.
Food was good but nothing special. Had the same typical foods offered that most other places do. The fresh tortillas were very nice. Price was a bit high.
NYAKOAM Was our server what a wonderful friendly person with a contagious smile.
