OMGHEEEEE! Let’s talk about how I come to this location quite frequently and today I had Jesus for my server! He is by far the bestest and I don’t know why I’ve never had him before. He will be my new server and BFF moving forward. If he isn’t here, l’ll just have to come back. Everything he recommended, I thoroughly enjoyed! Jesus gets all 10s across the board for me. I wish I can gate keep him but I guess I’ll share him!

Came into Dallas for a work relevant and found this restaurant. Started with queso and Rita’s that were on point. Then, as we decided on our orders, our server, Kat, gave the best description of the special that my friend couldn’t even wait to hear the entire description “I need that!” She said.The margaritas are, no cap, the best around. Strong enough to know you’ve had one but super tasty and not going to leave you unable to enjoy your evening.From the homemade tortillas and queso to the meals and even the desserts, though there simply was no way we were gonna fit another bite in our bellies, but we saw some on other tables, it’s clear Pappasitos takes the business of making people happy very seriously.We never had an empty glass and the plates were gone as soon as the food was eaten. Honestly. We assumed Kat was a probably a trainer server so in our final conversation with her, when she said it was her first week here, we immediately asked to see a manager!Why? Because it’s not common for newer servers to be this dang good this soon and we wanted to acknowledge this with her management team.But guess what happened…. You know how managers are? Sykoria made her was out to the table within a minute or so and she asked if we were having a good evening.We shared with her how great we fell Kat was doing and do you know what she said?She thanked us for caring enough to take the time to give our feedback. She explained that our feedback helps a lot and they truly appreciate it.Sometimes managers “say” the right thing. But tonight, I really believed that Sykoria truly appreciated our feedback.The table next to us overhears the conversation and even agrees that they were very surprised that we were both having such great experiences.Thanks pappasitos!

Came into Dallas for a business event. I searched to find a good restaurant near me, and found Pappasito’s. My friend and I was seated very quickly and our server Kat our servercame over very promptly and introduced herself and explained the food on the menu to us very well. Kat was constantly coming over and checking on us, and our food was brought out to us very quickly, and it tasted amazing just like Kat explained it to taste. Once we was ready to get our check my friend and I asked Kat how long she had been working here she explained to us she had only been out of training for 4 days, and I was shocked because I felt as if she had been here since the place had opened because that’s just how good her service was to my friend and I. We then asked to speak to a manager and Sykoria came over and introduced herself and her disposition is so amazing and we stated to Sykoria that Kat was the best server ever and that she(Sykoria) is the best manager ever. I say that because Sykoria explained how the employees are trained and it she spoke very highly of her employees and that’s what I like in a manager. In my opinion this restaurant is so amazing and these two people that I have mentioned has made my experience very worth my trip here!

I don't know how they do it, but the quality of this chain is extremely consistent. This location is no exception. Excellent food, it stands out as particularly delicious in Texas where good mex is everywhere. The staff is just perfect, professional and fun and easy. The atmosphere is exactly what you want and the prices are very fair for what you get. I can't recommend this, or really any of the Pappas anywhere, highly enough. Stop thinking about it and just go, it's awesome.
