The music and drinks are a whole vibe
Revelers Hall, Whitehall Exchange, and Parker and Barrow. Please be warned that these establishments are in defiance of the current ordinance requiring bars shut down. While Revelers Hall May be registered as a Restaurant it is far from that. #’s would prove it. They do not sell more than 51% in food making them a bar. Same with the other two. And while remaining open there is no social distancing there. We should all be disturbed by this
