The food was terrific, as always, but the attention and customer service of Andreina, Victoria, and Vanesa was outstanding! For authentic Venezuelan food, this is the place

Really good joint for Venezuelan street food. Good quality and very friendly service. The beef pastelitos and a malta are my go-to when I need a snack. Cachapas are very tasty, specially with just cheese. Somehow, I'm not a fan of the seasoning on the ones with meat.

This was some delicious Venezuelan food. Huge portions, great prices, and the cashier was patient with me, seeing as I don't speak Spanish. They have an open seating area with upbeat music playing. I ordered a Pasteles - Mashed potato with cheese, a Cachito - Ham and cheese, and this thing was absolutely loaded with ham, and a third item, which I cant remember the name of, but it was delicious as well.

You will need to speak Spanish or have a translator to place an order. This is the best Venezuelan street food in the Plano area.

It was my first time having Venezuelan food and this was incredible. Price felt right for the amount of food I had. Really a mandatory stop for anyone craving Venezuelan food in Dallas.

The food is great, but this time I went it was cold.
The presence of the place does not give it, first they have 2 registers and there is a huge queue because they only use 1, second the restaurant is extremely dirty, personally it makes me sick to eat at a dirty table, the floor is dirty, and waste on the floor and others. I recommend hiring someone to keep the tables and bar clean and pass the time.

They should check the meals daily, I went a few days ago and the roast beef was very salty, I couldn't eat it, days later I went for a beef and pork hamburger and the cook forgot to add pork, the girl very kindly took it and He took it to the preparer, because it was easier for him to open it and put extra in it than to prepare a new one and thus leave a good presentation of his work, so I think they should have better attention to that, since I am a chef and I also make mistakes but When solving them, I give my best presentation so that this mistake proves that even the best matchmaker misses the mark.
