They are ALWAYS closed! The hours online don't match their location. It's frustrating.Closed again, and they don't have a phone so you can call ahead to see if they are open.

Not much coffee in the frozen coffee drink. I would not have known it was a coffee drink had I not been told it was the coffee drink I ordered.Also ordered a tea which was undrinkable.Will not return to a Pearl Cup.

I go here at least 3 times a week for a drink and one of their amazing pastries. The service is always great and their signature Pearl milk is amazing. This spot is great for business meetings, or study sessions. The manager has gone above and beyond to ensure I get great service everytime and they never forget my extra butter! Def check it out if your a coffee lover ❤️
The WiFi here is the absolute WORST!! Sat there for 20min waiting for a web page to load and it never did, I had to leave to the nearest Starbucks

Been there twice now. Coffee is good, but the second most important thing I look for in a coffee shop is reliable fast internet. Both times the internet was not working and I could even hear the employees talking about it. I’d recommend going elsewhere if you need to get work done while enjoying your brew.

Visited here on a trip. Shop decor is great and would be wonderful for meetings. Service was mediocre, coffee was bad. Ordered a plain latte, the milk tasted sour, the espresso felt burnt and left an awful taste in my mouth. My friend and I threw away the remaining 3/4ths of our drinks after walking to Trader Joe's. Could improve with higher quality coffee beans and some staff training and become a great spot for drinks.
