The fish was fresh, the rice was perfectly textured, and every roll tasted intentional nothing overloaded, nothing sloppy. Just clean, well balanced sushi.

Second visit and somehow even better than the first. My husband and I sat at the sushi bar and did the omakase, every single bite was incredible, fresh, and beautifully presented. Chef Issac was amazing (didn’t take a lot pictures as we was really enjoying the 🍣). Also, we had such great conversation with the head chef/owner and his wife . Love the husband-and-wife duo and you can tell that they clearly put their heart into this place.
Through conversations, we was even offered tequila tasting at the end, which made the whole experience feel so personal and welcoming. They really truly care about their guests and the experience they create.
Safe to say this is becoming our go-to spot! 🫶🏽 my husband and I will definitely be regulars!

This is our favorite upscale sushi in Dallas. The best service we’ve ever had, even on super busy nights! We just went for Valentine’s Day and still didn’t have to wait any longer than a few minutes when we wanted our server. Fish is so fresh and amazing. Nothing negative to say!

Had such a great time at Pearl Sushi! Service was great, Anna was our server for the night and she was both friendly and attentive. We started with the short shell crab and had the shrimp tempura roll, soft shell crab roll, salmon roll and the pearl crab roll. Everything was a 10/10 will be back!

The rolls and nigiri were the best I’ve had- the torched salmon roll melts in the mouth, the pearl crab roll was a table favorite and the negi toro roll is one I will order again! Filet mignon skewers were perfectly cooked and the matcha creme brulee was a wonderfully textured, not-too-sweet way to top off the entire dining experience.
On top of this, the cocktails added an entire new dimension that elevated the dinner. I’ll definitely be back soon and am recommending Pearl to my friends!

Former Nobu Chef Shine delivers a great dinner experience very close to Nobu in an intimate smaller setting with the diverse menu. Nigiri is on point although the rice is slightly different. Rolls are very good. Torched salmon and Salmon black garlic were our favorites. Also good service. All around a Dallas leading sushi restaurant contender.
