Food and service was excellent. Popped into this spot having no idea. Exceeded expectations. This was the best and freshest sushi I've had in Dallas. I haven't had sushi this delicious since visiting Japan. Yes, it is not the least expensive spot, but you are paying for quality. So just know it's a pricey dinner before going to manage expectations.

I've been to Pearl Sushi 3 times now and it has been great every time. Everything on the menu is tasty and the service is always fantastic. Highly recommend the spicy tuna on crispy rice, spicy yellowtail roll and the seasonal nigiri or sashimi.

Dined here for the first time for Valentine’s dinner and even on this crowded night, food, service and atmosphere blew us away! We are long time sushi lovers and have dined at other fine sushi establishments all over the world, including those in Japan… but Pearl takes the cake!!!From the cocktails to the appetizers, all the way to the desserts, nothing disappointed! Everything was so unique, fresh, and beautiful. Absolutely loved the Beet Cured Salmon in Karashi Aoli in Chili Oil Dill as well as the Amberjack and Japanese Sea Bass. The Black Sesame cheesecake was out of this world and I don’t usually like cheesecake!All the staff at Pearl, especially Kaya, Danny and Eugene were so warm and friendly. Pearl will definitely be my new go-to sushi place in Dallas!!!!

I have a good sense about this place so from what I understand it's from the renowned Nobu chef , which makes sense because the food is absolutely drop dead gorgeous delicious. All be it small portions... I have to say four of my favorites, the spicy, tuna, crispy rice . The smoked yellowtail . Salmon, chili garlic . And the Japanese Miyazaka Wagyu. They were all so incredibly flavorful . The service at the pearl is impeccable . Honestly, we never had to wait for anything. our server. (his name escapes me.) was completely on point. If you go, definitely try their Japanese margarita , GameChanger..

I've been here twice. Once about 3 weeks post opening and once about a month ago. The first time I was blown away...the second time, not so much. Be prepared to pay at least $100 per person to get the items that are worth trying. In my opinion the food is no longer worth the price. Maybe they were just having an off night. Reservations are a must, not many seats.
