Want bad coffee and bad service, then come here. The ladies behind the counter kept having personal discussions and missed people’s orders, and consequently made orders wrong. Then they get mad at you for asking to change it.
Peets, train your employees better. You’re paying them to work, not have personal discussions while they have customers waiting.
