I have only been to this location a few times, but it is by far my favorite Pei Wei in DFW! Always so clean, food is hot and fresh, and the lady at the register (I think her name is Karina, that's what my reciept says) is always so sweet!

Ordered for delivery. Never got delivered, wouldn’t answer the phone, and then the store closed.*** UPDATE - this location did end up correcting this and delivered my food. Better late than never!

Restaurant is clean but food quality has declined a lot over the 10+ years I've been coming to this restaurant. The taste of the food is not nearly what it used to be. The pork egg rolls were too peppery and tasted like country gravy from a diner. Probably won't be returning. Prices are too high for gross food.

Giving 5 stars because Melissa is a ROCK STAR!!!! With the short staffing issue, it was pretty chaotic inside the restaurant yesterday. However, Melissa was handling it with such grace and was running around making sure every customer was ok. She gave us pick up people free drinks while we waited for our meals and was letting people be annoyed at her even though nothing was her fault. I saw 0 employees standing around or moving slow. They all did an amazing job. Give Melissa a promotion STAT because she’s such a gem.

girl stood behind counter lol on her phone and had me wait 15 minutes and never brought out curbside and was rude when i went in asking if the bag on the counter was my curbside order.

Walking into this Pei Wei I had zero expectations. We had never been to a Pei Wei ever! I thought it wouldn’t be very good, as I usually eat at Panda Express. Panda Express doesn’t cook their food fresh, most of the time. The lady that took our order was very friendly. We ordered way too much, but the food was overall pretty cheap! The best part was that the food was made FRESH!! We got different Asian chicken dishes. General Tso’s and the orange chicken were my favorite!

I would have been ready to give 4 stars until my last two visits. Apparently there is this new manager that claims she was hired in the past 3 weeks that have really let things slip. When I voiced my concerns about the declining quality, she just apologized and shrugged as if there wasn't anything she could do about anything. Just sad how much down hill this location has gone. Can't even bring myself to give them another chance.

Asked for the food to be prepared well done and it came out barely cooked. The appetizer came out after the entree despite being very specific about wanting it out before the entree.

Tried this for the first time extra sauce was not on the side they forgot about the kids drink completely and I got food poisoning too never again updating this on 1/18/2022 thanks for reaching out to me its been a week no one has contacted me back at all but whoever orders from here best of luck to you
