Michelle very PHENOMENAl!!! friendly with smiles hard, fast paced working. I absolutely love & cherish how every time I come in she makes sure how we are doing before taking our order going. That is exactly how it should be in a restaurant. She automatically brightens me and my family’s day NEVER disappoints us as much as the cooks do. Attitude, etc towards a young lady is so unprofessional & immature for old MEN ? I hate to see that now in this generation it is very ugly and something needs to be said to them!! My heart. Poor girl. She doesn’t deserve none of that. We need more people in this generation like her!! Sweet soul.

First time eating Pew Wei. Came across Stephanie here on Garland and Buckner. She was disrespectful for no reason. We asked how many calories the firecracker entree has and she asked if we wanted "to-go or for here?" We asked again how many calories the entree has and again, she asked "to-go or for here" with a getto attituted. Look, it wasnt even busy to be rude. Literally two other people in the place. When I ordered she interrupted me, again for no reason. Anyways, she's getto. Never going back.

This location in Casa Linda is generally empty when we drive 50+ miles to partake, whether it's a Friday evening or Saturday afternoon. Now I know why. Customer service has gone to the dogs. The employees are rude, inattentive, and disrespectful! Order taker-Michelle twice asked if my order was dine in or carry out. It was dine in for 2 people. A party of 4 ordered @ 2 min behind us and all 4 of them received their meal before we did. Then Michelle brought out our INCOMPLETE order in a BAG. I reminded her that I had told her-TWICE-that it was dine in. Upon bringing the rest of our order, I asked for mustard. She told me it was "over with the chili paste" and pointed to the stand that I'd gotten the chili paste from. It was NOT there! I went to counter where she was and told her that it was not there. She looked toward the area she'd said and then noticed it was there at the counter where she and another worker were packing meals and then said, it's right here. No apology such as I'm sorry I was mistaken. Also no apology when i brought to her attention that we'd ordered b4 the party of 4. At that time the restaurant was AGAIN EMPTY- just us and them. I restated that she'd told me that it was in the other location to hopefully help her to apply some decent customer service skills. As I began to walk off the other worker then says "Oh my God!" I then turn back and request to speak w/a mgr. This worker states "I'm one of the managers." I then say "you're a manager, I hope your 'oh my God' wasn't for me. She pretends that she says that because Michelle said something and follows that by saying "if I was going to say something I would say it straight up." I told her that it was good to know and asked the "manager" her name. She tells me it's Stephanie. I then ask Stephanie for the GENERAL mgr's name because if she felt bold enough to react towards a customer in that manner, it was useless to bring to her attention the lackluster and disrespectful service that I received. She told me the name was Miguel. I asked for a business card in which she went to the order counter to retrieve. She could not find it and all the while, Michelle is loudly telling the "mgr." that "she could just write the information from the window" while pulling out her chapstick and rubbing it on her herpes sore on her lip. I waited patiently for Stephanie to PURPOSELY take her time to give me the info I'd requested. With a total disregard for consumer consideration, it won't be long b4 another restaurant is in this spot. These 2 need definitely need customer service training. These 2 are horrible.
Went there 3-17-23 between 6:45 - 7:30 pm. Very nice employees. Place was clean and the food was great. I had the General Tso's Spicy Chicken and my wife had the Honey Chicken and we got the Lettuce Wraps.

This was my first time ever at a Pei Wei and it was pretty decent actually. Miguel the manager is who was remarkable. He was very pleasant, with an awesome smile and a great sense of urgency. He handled the lunch pop very well and I have to give it to the two cooks who killed it in the kitchen. Great job to Miguel and his team this afternoon!

The food was amazing! It was my first time eating at this location and I will definitely be coming back! The Staff is wonderful and very sweet. Definitely hard workers and very fast at preparing your food. I will definitely recommend eating at at this location! :)
