We were cheated out of 10,000 tickets when a machine that counts the tickets malfunctioned and only printed out a total of 4,855 instead of 14,855. We asked the manager Jose and he was very condescending he said i think you only put in 4000 even though we showed him the bags we brought the tickets in that we were saving for 3 weeks. He dismissed us and said I still think it was 4000 even though we stood loading the machine for about 20 minutes. We come at least twice a week after...read full review
