Go here. If you go anywhere to eat in DFW area, let it be this place. The first true farm to table restaurant that puts its heart and soul into everything they make. We were blown away by every cocktail and dish we had, but the star of the show was the Tea Braised Pig Tails (pictured below). As a farmer and a butcher, I have no idea where they source these magical, massive pig tails, but they are 100% the best tasting thing I've put in my mouth in Dallas since we came.

This was hands down the best dining experience we have ever had. Everything, from the food to the cocktails, was well executed and full of flavor with a surprise on every dish/drink. The service was incredible without feeling pretentious or awkward. It’s kinda dumb how awesome this was.
We try to eat here whenever we are in Dallas. It’s hard to describe the food. Everything is unique and the taste are some of the best I’ve ever had. I highly, highly, highly recommend eating here. You may not know what to order but choose anything and close your eyes and savor the remarkable flavor that explode on your palate. It’s BYOB which is another plus. One of my favorite places to eat.
