Customer service since the start was bad, person that answered said if i was going to pickup order since alot of ppl that order never pickup hanged up right away after i ordered no thank you or nothing. When i went to pickup my order no one acknowledged me cashier didnt even want to tell me my total. Paid $73 for my order and still was treated rude no wonder people never pickup there orders bc the employees dont know how to treat customers.

I stay close so I decided to try it and I don't even understand how the place is still open. I ordered boneless wings hot and bbq and it was so nasty, the hot wings look like they would be extra hot right? They aren't hot at all. They were mushy and cold as well as the salty a** fries. I called to let them know about the food and they offered to remake it, but I don't even want it remade it's gross. I spent $20 On a 10 Pc Boneless meal + can soda + 2 ranches (Drink and ranch doesn't come with combos at all)

I ordered at 6:05 went to get my order at 6:35 and they looked confused then printed the ticket and said it wasn’t ready. I asked for a refund and was told I can’t have a refund because the owner is not there. I told them I ordered online because I had somewhere to be and he said well we just got your order. So I say go ahead and make it and walk to the car. He comes to the car and says he doesn’t know why it has sweet tea which I paid $3 for and said we don’t even sale sweet tea here. I get the food at 6:52 and the chicken not even cooked all the way… then it doesn’t come with ranch and have the audacity to want to charge me for ranch when I already had to wait an additional 20 mins. wasted $22 and was late to work for absolutely nothing. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND don’t ever have to worry about me coming here again

The customer service at the Lancaster Rd. location is piss poor the lady answered the phone rude to take my order. I overlooked that and still placed order it was 9:08 she said it would be ready at 930 i arrived at 938 she gave my order to someone else cause she said they closed now when it clearly shows that they don’t close til 10pm they always rude and never want to do they job and open late and close early smh

The service was terrible!! I tried to get a bigger size drink the lady tried to make me buy the bigger drink instead of a price difference. Also , the catfish (swai-fish) was soggy and Luke warm .
I got the Mushrooms and onion burger and it was cooked well and very well seasoned

I ordered the mushroom onion burger. My beef was the mushrooms, was not good, and I had to search for the onion. The lady was very nice and helpful other than that. It was OK. I will go back to see what's really up and make my true judgment, then I always give a second chance to an alright burger so I will see be on the lookout
