Service was terrible. They answer the phone with “Hello.”No “Hello! This is PhattMatt’s how may I assist you?” Nothing! What an insufferable woman. It’s hard enough to support black owned businesses, she didn’t make it ANY better, and I’m black myself.Additionally, the JUMBO WINGS are NOT JUMBO, they are REGULAR wing quarters advertised erroneously. I paid too much for 20 wings. I could have just went to Wingstop if I had known they were so tiny! Almost $32 for wings the size of my ring finger. Taste did not save it. I will NEVER, ever be back.

I order an 10 pieces wing with two favor lemon pepper and crack. The food was fresh but, I only received 9 wings. I also order larger side of blue cheese for $1.79 but only to received a regular size. The kool aid was great and the fries was okay.I called the restaurant to report my issue. The person I spoke to was very apologist.This is my second time order foods for deliver and each time I order online I had issues. On the positive side, I never had an issue when I order at the restaurant.

First time eating here. I got the 10 piece wings (lemon pepper and bbq). Food was 8 out of 10. Wings a bit small but had great flavor, fries were very good and enjoyed the location. Only complaint, I ordered BBQ wings but I got hot wings. I still ate them anyway and they were delicious. Will eat here again. Recommend this place instead of a chain.

I came the day before and had wonderful customer service with and older guy he was also the cook so I decided to come the next day as well and do a call in order, well when I called he hung up in my face and continued to not answer the phone afterwards..So when I get there he was very rude and his customer service sucked it was a much younger guy there today and looked liked he did not want to be there and he did not want to bothered will not be going back ...

The customer service and koolaid was great. The food was prepared fresh and hot. I did not like it because it was NOT catfish. Definitely Swai and I had to discard after the first bite due to the flavor. I may return to try a burger or wings.
