The best pho in D/FW! The broth is perfect and they give you a lot meat. On cold days, expect a small line to get a seat. They close on Saturdays and Sundays as this restaurant serves lunch and early dinner (closes at 7pm) for surrounding businesses.

This place made me so happy I had to stop and leave them 5 stars. I didn't see a vegetarian soup on the menu but that's what I wanted. So I told the waitress and she ordered a vegetable tofu soup that was huge and delicious. There was no obnoxious TV in the restaurant. It was quite and peaceful. The waitress was nice and I got and the price was right. I got the large soup and drink for around $17.30. Perfect.

My food came out of the kitchen in about 3 minutes. It was steaming hot and not evenly heated. Clearly it was microwaved. I wonder when it was actually cooked? Flavors were not authentic. Only Latinos working there. I guess When I go to a 'Vietnamese' restaurant, I'm expecting some Vietnamese people to make the food. Don't waste your time. There are other places, like La Vui, that offer authentic Vietnamese food, that they actually COOK to order, not just heat up in a microwave. Very disappointed. I will not be returning.
