Overpriced pho and don't think it's worth it. The broth seemed like I was eating instant ramen noodles at home. Service was slow too, even though when we ate there, there was only 2 other tables to service. Probably won't be going back to this pho restaurant

Amazing food and great service. We had the shrimp pho and the chicken pho with extra carrots and it did not disappoint. We will be coming back for sure!

BruceThe manager was more than friendly and professional, he recommended the dishes we ordered, we mentioned that it was our first time in the place and trying this place. He described the menu and drinks to us, I think it's been a long time since I've been served this way.The food is fresh, tasty and the portions are quite large. The atmosphere is very calm despite being at 80°/. FullWe will return to try everything on the menu. He also told us that they had been there for 8 years and that they had just renewed their contract for 12 more years. I am sure that you will try it and be hooked for life.

It was my first time trying pho, I read initial reviews and decided to give this place a try, I'm so glad I did! It was delicious and was fresh and hot. There was only 1 server but she did well with attending to everyone. The restaurant was clean and had a modern simple esthetic. I will be returning and trying others items on the menu.

This place is dirty and cheap as h3ll ,that one tall Asian guy is too friendly to the point that its obviously an act and fake as h3ll.I would rate 0 STARS if possible but I can't so I'm rating 1 star!

Food is great but pricey. I understand the location is probably very expensive, but 15 bucks for a bowl of soup is a bit much. That and I've had so-so service. I went in the other day and was seated and waited and waited and no one came to my table. There were two 5 tops there tying up the only 2 servers but a simple "we'll be right with you" would've been great. I only have so long for a lunch break and didn't want to wait forever for my food or check. I do like this place and hope to return. But not if service will carry on like this.

DOJ investigating this sh*t whole for civil rights violation. I tried to sit down for a lunch here and right off the bat the little twerp at the front was wildly rude. I asked if they were open, no one was in there music was blaring and the two workers were goofing around, so I thought it was a valid question. He just did some condescending laugh like I'm an idiot for thinking a completely empty restaurant at around noon might not be open yet, especially considering the chairs were turned upside down on top of the tables. But that's not the messed up part, people are morons and stupid so I expect stupidity every time I leave the house. The messed up part is that I have a service animal for a medical/physical disability and this POS was demanding I show him my private medical records (you know because the genius that is a day time manager at a mediocre Pho place in Dallas can decide in all his medical expertise if I am in fact disabled) and to prove my disability along with all the training, registration and licensing for the service animal. He then proceeded to tell me that he knows the law better than me (just a lowly Yale Law trained lawyer) and that since he is a restaurant manager he knows the law far better than me. Sure, that makes sense (eyes rolling). At first I tried to calmly explain to him (since he is in fact ignorant of the actual laws and civil rights acts in the United States) that his information is mistaken and the ADA does not allow for all those questions, he is only allowed to ask if A) the animal is a service animal and B) what service is he trained to perform. After a spat of disrespectful comments from the "manager" (not even sure he actually is but I'll continue to call him Manager Moron for ease) I got frustrated and told him he was a piece of sh*t which he then (I'm guessing) was anticipating a physical altercation and started to record me calling him a piece of sh*t which I was more than happy to do. Then as I went outside to make a call he followed me telling me that he was going to "kick my ass" and started following me outside. I was forced to call the police as he is clearly a deranged individual and file a complaint. Good thing my law school roommate works for the civil rights dept at the DOJ and she informed me that she will be opening a formal investigation as this is the 3 complaint her dept received from this business. Manager Moron refused to give me his name and ran back in the kitchen when my wife started recording his lunacy. The other girl there refused and pretending not to speak English. Either way, avoid this place like the plague. I mean the place was completely empty at prime lunch time hours in the middle of a heavily trafficked area with ample parking. In fact, all the other businesses seemed to be very lively with customer action. That should tell you all you need to know about the quality of the food and the overall sentiment towards the restaurant

It sucks because we’ve been coming here for many years and today was not as good. The waiter was very rude and took forever to bring us our tab and never checked on us once. It wasn’t busy at all he was sitting down on his phone the whole time i had to get up and ask for my check. Even the people beside us were upset as well. Guy with the tattoos to be exact.

Two words: too sweet. The pho broth was way too sweet. It also didn't have the depth of flavor which can be because the sweetness overpowered it. Even so, I should've tasted the deep bone broth but didn't. Service was attentive though.

This was a lunch staple when I worked in oak lawn! This restaurant sparked my LOVE of the Bahn Mi sandwich . Perfectly buttered bread with grilled shrimp and the most amazing pickled carrots with fresh sliced jalapeño. My mouth is watering just typing this out! On top of all that, their speedy and professional service is unmatched. The vibe is cooler than anywhere I should be allowed to go lol. I've heard the pho is also amazing but I can't go here and not bahn mi!

LOVE LOVE LOVE! Ordered the Brisket Pho and Spring rolls. SO delicious and everything was packaged so well. I ordered off of grubhub and the whole experience was awesome! I didn't dine in so that's why I can't rate the atmosphere. But DEF recommend on a cold day!
