The Best Pho I have found. I travel quite a bit and try and find places to try Pho. When I am in Dallas, I always make time to get this one.

Came for a late lunch Saturday 3pm. Just ordered 2 dishes took 25-30 mins to come (store was empty so don't know why it took long). My girlfriends soup was missing the leg bone so the waitress brought it after in a small bowl. It was clearly microwaved because the middle was still cold to the touch. Also my girlfriends soup noodles were all cut up so probably left overs (check picture)
I got the chicken broken rice and my chicken was clearly leftovers because they cut it up and it tasted old (I’ve never had chicken broken rice and the chicken was cut up already).

Didn’t get a chance to eat here but my car battery died and the owner and his son came out after they closed and help jumpstart my car. Their kindness speaks volumes and I will definitely be coming here to eat next chance I get. As good people as they are, I’m very confident that the food is just as good, made with love and as authentic as you can get. Thank you guys again - y’all made my day! :)

THE WORST PHO I have ever had!!! It took a verylong time to prepare. Got back to work and all three orders were SPOILED! It had the worst smell ever. Instead of separating the veggies, they were placed in one plastic bag. I will definitely be disputing this charge and going back up to the location to request the cash portion. You should be ashamed of yourself for selling spoiled food.
I come to Pho Midway 1-2 times a week for lunch! I have had a lot from the menu, but the P1 Pho is my go to. The service is great and food always comes out very quickly. I would recommend it to anyone if you want authentic, affordable and delicious Vietnamese.

Our server, Jennie, was very charismatic and kind. She was a great conversationalist and helped out when my friend forgot to mention he had a peanut allergy. Overall, good food and amazing service.

The food here is decent, but my experience with the bun bo hue was disappointing. While the flavor was good, the rice noodles were mostly chopped/tore into very small, 1 to 2 cm pieces. I've never had this happen at any other pho restaurant before.

Walked in and stood at the register for 5 minutes while the owner and (I assume) his daughter carried on a conversation. No greeting, no eye contact—nothing. A couple walked in after me and were immediately welcomed with smiles and energy. Only then did someone glance at me and say, “Oh yes, welcome to you too.”
Waited 10 minutes for my food, which would’ve been fine—if I hadn’t walked out and seen not one, not two, but FOUR dead cockroaches right by the front door.
If that’s what’s visible to customers, I don’t want to imagine what’s behind the counter.
