The server was rude and refused to accommodate my request to modify the plate i wanted. Finally i gave up and ordered the meal i did not want but when it arrived at my table it was the plate i had asked initially for. The food was not good, tofu was soggy with excess sauce. The thai tea was awful. I am not coming back

I went today the lady who checked me out was sooooo rude and loud. I understand if you’re not a people person then maybe this isn’t for you. I know you were busy but, there is always a way to treat people.

The lady who seats you also takes your order and she does rush you. The last time I was in I was eating at a table next to a wall and a roach was crawling on it right next to me. Got up paid left no tip and will not go back.
So we come here frequently, always given great service, but today we were welcomed by a lady she was rude from the start. Was rushing us to order, sat us at the very back by the restrooms when the whole place only had 2 people there. She gave an attitude throughout our whole meal and just stared us down. We were very uncomfortable, especially since we’ve always gotten great service by the guys there. I asked for extra veggies since she had gave us a small plate for three bowls, and then she came and told us we had to share since extra cost $, I was already aware but she was making it seem like we didn’t have enough $$ to get extra, we also didn’t even get a chance to ask for our drinks so we called her back and told her and she said “okay, anything else?” With the worse attitude. Our overall experience wasn’t good and we couldn’t even eat in peace with her staring at us so much. I didn’t get a picture of the lady but she has a pony tail, brown hair and seems to always be in the front.

This place is disgusting. Rude lady with ponytail has bad customer service. Pho broth was way too salty.

Absolutely the best! The food taste delicious and reasonably priced. The waitress is always very attentive and goes out of her way to make sure everything is ok, even bringing ice for the kids pho to cool down. I highly recommend!

Hands down best beef pho in Dallas. Small family owned and simply the most flavorful broth… their spicy fillet pho is packed with so much flavor it’s insane how good it is. I eat here atleast once a week. Their bo luc lac (beef stir fry) and other non pho options are amazing…
Service is bad!
