Omg this place is definitely phó-nomenal 😍 we arrived a bit late but the staff was kind and patient with us!! I tried beef stew can’t wait to return to try more 😋 20/10 !!!! Definitely recommend!

We weren’t greeted like everyone else then she had an attitude when i tried to ask her a question and left, then when i asked if i could get two portions of meat she said no, and when the food came out she brought us forks without us asking for it??? And lastly the food was not good the meat was really odd and I’ve had vermicelli so many times to know what it’s supposed to be. I’m really disappointed bc it had good reviews.

I don’t expect exceptional customer service from Vietnamese restaurants, but at the very least, don’t lie about not having spring rolls. My husband and I stopped by for a quick lunch. I understand it was extremely busy, but we wanted to order spring rolls with our lunch specials. The male employee told us they were out, which seemed odd since they can easily get the ingredients from Ko Mart nearby.
We also tried to order additional food to go, but he kept rushing us. Do they not want business?
While we were eating, we noticed other customers who arrived after us receiving spring rolls. We brought this up to the female employee, and all she said was that they were busy.
My husband and I own a small business, and we work in customer service as well. We understand what it’s like when things get hectic, but at the very least, don’t lie. He could’ve simply asked if we’d like egg rolls instead since they were backed up, we would’ve completely understood.
I confronted the male employee, and all he said was that they were busy. I told him directly that he lied, which is unacceptable. He should not have done that in the first place. We used to be regulars, but after this incident, we will not be returning.
This is my #1 place to go to for Pho. It’s $11 for all the fixins ad its is very filling. It always makes me feel great. Every time I call in to place my order its takes 10 minutes fir it to be ready. You get a good bang for your buck and the herbs and veggies are always fresh.

If you want cockroach pho or cockroaches to be your guests while eating, then please my guest and eat here! They are crawling all over the place. The cleanliness of this place is -0. Rude staff. Just an overall crappy experience.

I’m not sure what happened to the Lemongrass pork. I ordered it today and was told they didn’t have it and asked me to substitute it with chicken. I picked up a horrible chicken stir fry that was not tasty. I’ve been ordering from the restaurant since 2018 but will not be back. I’m not what’s changed but today’s meal was not edible and I threw it out.
