Our server was not properly trained. He messed up our kids' pizza, charged us for a replacement, and also forgot to ring in our second round of drinks. He never informed a manager about any of it. That became obvious when the manager came to our table and asked if everything was okay. At that point, we were waiting on our detailed receipt to make sure we weren't charged for the second round and that the incorrectly rung-in pizza had been removed. We weren't charged for the drinks..
We went here after visiting Highland Park and it was amazing! The servers are so nice, we got our food quick and hot, and the pizza and pasta taste amazing! Highly recommend!

I came to this location as my friends and I were going hop on bars. I could not believe Sabrina is working for Pie-Tap!. She is so awesome. She used to work for Delucca and I was wondering where she went. I am glad I came to this location. We will definitely be back now that I know she is working in this location. She always takes care of the guests. We love Pie-Tap! We love Sabrina

My sisters and I enjoyed our meal at Pie Tap. We started with a carafe of pineapple mimosa and cinnamon buns. The two large cinnamon buns were warm and gooey. We devoured them. For entrees I got the waygu smash burger, one sister had the salami pizza, and the other sister got the breakfast sandwich. Everything was tasty and came out hot and fresh. Our server was nice and attentive as was the manager, who stopped by our table to make sure everything was good. I'd definitely eat here again.
Went for happy hour during lunch! $4 frozen rose was light and refreshing. The half pie half salad option is a great bang for your buck. I had the prosciutto and the workshop salad, both were to die for! I would 10/10 recommend!!
We went for brunch the mimosas were flat but the smash burger was so good! Will go back and try more menu items everything sounded so yummy!
Great experience with a menu that fit everyone's needs. Had a large group and was fit accordingly!
The food was great and big portions. It took a while for the server to come to us and had to be alerted. But she was attentive once we placed our order. The food was better than expected and so were the brunch specials. Will be back to try more.

Y'all....Ive been here TWICE and the place is DIVINE!! From the fresh salads, AHMAZING appetizers (with whipped butter), the TOP NOTCH pizzas, and the delectable desserts (with REAL whipped cream); Pie Tap is a PHENOMENAL place to relax and unwind from this crazy world and just connect. The atmosphere is both family friendly and date night approved!
Our server Kelly was knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating and Tyson, the manager, was ON POINT making sure everyone was comfortable, since the AC had just gone out in the restaurant.
Kudos y'all, keep up the good work!

The customer service is always impeccable & every entree has been delicious 😋! They have a great lunch specials, plus on Thursday all the pasta dishes are 1/2 off. I had Chicken Parmesan w/Bucatini today & have 1/2 leftover for lunch tomorrow due to the large proportion. My husband thoroughly enjoys their Smokey Old Fashion.

First time at Pie Tap and everything was spot on! We had the hot honey Lollipop Wings, a pizza (half Prosciutto, half Pepperoni), and the Half Chicken — all delicious, with the prosciutto stealing the show.
But what really stood out was Kelly’s service. She was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond — bringing us all the sauces, guiding us through the menu (we tried the Goat Fondue. So glad we did!).
Great food, but Kelly made the visit unforgettable.
