We always have the best time when we brunch here, but today deserved an award! Long wait was quickly turned short, we were sat and the service as amazing. Our server, Dylan, was phenomenal. So personable, so quick, I loved his banter! I will probably always ask for Dylan when we come back now.

Shopping in the area and stopped in for a late lunch. It was delicious. I like the industrial vibe. This would be a good spot for large groups. We had the arancini appetizer to start. Yum! And the sausage pizza we decided to split. Great sausage pizza! You could taste the fennel and the grilled onions complemented it well. It was more than plenty. Appetizer and pizza came a little too close together though. We ordered ranch on the side, which was very herby and fresh tasting. I liked the marinara sauce also. Jade did a good job explaining items on the menu and specials for the week. When we’re in the area, id definitely come in again!

First time guests, and we will definitely be back! I'd give Ricky's service 6 stars if I could, and that's saying something because the food is superb. Start with the Knots and get the rosemary lemonade. The margarita pizza is great, but the vegetarian pizza won me over.

I just wanted to come here to praise the amazing group of people here a little bit because of the most amazing time we had! We walked in and the host was so warm and inviting! She guided us to our seats and we were met at the table by our server Joel. He gave us all his favorite choices and gave the best conversation! Later on while we were eating, the general manager was changing the TV channels and said, "I hope you guys like hockey". Our son Collin, who is slightly special needs, jumped up excited to watch hockey, in which the general manager came over and introduced himself and checked how all of our food was. He then turned to our son Collin and began asking him about what teams he liked and telling stories about when he was younger and still played hockey. Collin was so excited! The general manager jokingly said "maybe some time I will bring you with me to a Stars game!" This honestly was one of the sweetest things he had no idea he was doing at the time because our son does not have many friends that are interested in hockey! We finished our meal, and Joel came back with donuts for us. He said these are on the house since it's your first time! Already starstruck by the incredible time we had, as we were walking out, the adorable host asked how everything was while giving the biggest heartwarming smile. The general manager came running out behind us and asked if we had an email he could reach us at. We thought it was an odd request at the time until a day later I received an email from Ethan the general manager thanking us for coming in and gifting our son tickets to go see the Dallas Stars! The food is amazing, but that group of people in this restaurant are some of the most thoughtful and incredible I think my family has ever come into contact with! We will be back again and again and again and again!!

Ricky was awesome!! We got the sausage pie and the knots, both were a 10/10. The dipping sauces were perfect for the pizza bones too. The sauces balanced each other out, it was the perfect mix. All of the staff was great and accommodated our large group very easily. All of our drinks were fabulous too!!

First of all, the food is really really good. This review is of the issues we have ordering from the Pie Tap app and how difficult it was to rectify. We ordered 2 pizza's for delivery on the Pie Tap app. (not on Uber Eats, mind you). Once the order is placed, we get a text from Uber Eats that the order was placed. (OK, they use UE as a partner). The food arrived quickly but one of the pizzas was missing. Who do we call??? We ordered from Pie Tap, there is no phone number listed anywhere for Uber Eats, so it seems we should call the source. We talked with Pie Tap who were very nice but effectively said, "sorry, not our problem. Uber Eats is responsible". My first thought is I ordered through Pie tap so no matter who is responsible, you are the face of my problem. We say OK and start to call Uber Eats. But there is no number. We find one on the internet and it is "no longer in service". We have to call Pie Tap back and ask them to give us a number. We get hold of someone at Uber who gets all our information and asks questions for 5 minutes before he says, "sorry, not our problem". He tells us Pie Tap has to call them and submit the claim. Why did you take up 5 minutes and ask all these questions if you weren't able to help. The night was late and we already angry. We had spent an hour trying to get this resolved. the pizza we did have was cold. No one seemed to be able to help. And we were missing for pizza that was already paid for.I guess we'll try again tomorrow and cross our fingers that someone can help.Suggestions for Pie Tap:Clear communication: If you partner with Uber Eats, make it clear who handles issues for orders on your app.Customer focus: Even if it's a partner's fault, own the problem from the customer's viewpoint. Proactively help them find a solution.Easy-to-find contact info: Provide numbers for both Pie Tap AND Uber Eats support for app orders.I'll try Pie Tap again because your food is excellent, but I hope the ordering process and customer service improve!

Great food, great staff, this location is managed very well.Ricky our server was absolutely phenomenal! He was the most attentive and personable server I have ever had. The pancakes were great, the cinnamon rolls to die for, and the dough on the pizza dough was outstanding! The manager Ethan even took care of our cinnamon rolls for us because it was our first time. We absolutely loved this place! Be sure to request to sit at Ricky’s table for great service and conversation!

This was my First and last time ever going to this place. An extremely misleading place and location for upper scale casual outtings. Over priced, Manager extremely rude, and the pizza upset my stomach. I'm going to Lil Ceasers next time to save me the headache.

Pizza was not that great I’ve had better. Came here with a friend to take care of some business on my computer. Manager rudely came to our table and kicked us out after we spent a lot of money. He stated there was a reservation coming in. There were plenty of empty tables. There was no need for that.

This was our second time visiting Pie Tap for brunch. Great food options! The egg white and goat cheese omelette was delicious. Cinnamon rolls are amazing as well. We will definitely be back.

First time going out, the food and drink was very good. Great beer and wine selections. We have the pizza, knots and Caesar salad. The issue I had was seating and wait time for food. First seating, not many booths areas to sit. We had a barstool area where the seats are high and table space was limited. Felt crowded with everything on the table. Now service, let me start off by saying the waitress was working very hard to get the job done. She gong from one side of the building to the other. The main issue I had was getting my food after ordering. My pizza got sent to the table and the waitress seamed to be too busy to check up on us as often as I would have liked. Again, I don't believe it was her fault. I believe they look very shortstaffed, and they were having trouble waiting on tables. She had a great attitude, the whole entire time, regardless of how busy she was.
