Horrible place to order from . They are very unprofessional and do not answer the phone . I’ve been calling for 15 minutes to make a change to my online order when it’s being delivered and no one will answer . This is how a business loses money and looses value. The workers should get another job if they can’t handle running this place .

Placed an order for delivery on 1/3/24.The order was never delivered, and the voicemail regarding the order, said that it had been canceled which we did not cancel.Tried calling the store 25 times the phone would ring and cut off: I called the next morning and someone name SUSIE answered and said that she was sorry about that. She couldn’t find anything on the order but my name and that it was ordered but no details.She said her system wouldn’t allow her to see what the issue was. Asked her to credit my money back to my card and she said she couldn’t do that but she would give me a $25 credit and put it on my account. The total charge was $22.71.. I agreed.: We placed another order yesterday and No $25 credit could be found, nor was anybody answering the phone at the store. I will never use that location again to order anything and Corporate management needs to discuss the issues with the manager of that location.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. They are always forgetting items but if you hold on they'll put you through to the local store which NEVER answers. I didn't think any place could be worse than McDonal ... in forgetting food but this PIZZA hut is awful. How do you mess up an order of 3 items so much of the time. I'd give negative stars if I could.
It's nice they just need to have more help they Pizza always come out good though and they're polite.. A upgrade won't hurt❤️

This location is always pleasant and easy going. I've seen other reviews stating otherwise but I've had such a good experience every time. Even last night when their payment system was down the lady running the front was friendly and personable.Food has always been top notch and exactly what you expect when ordering from Pizza Hut.Bonus points for always being super friendly to my toddler when she's come in with me
