I placed my order online. When I got there to pick it up they said it would be 5 minutes which wasn't a big deal. After 15 minutes had passed I inquired about my order. I was then told it was erased off of the board by the cook and they would start the order. Needless to say I was there for about 45 minutes waiting on my carryout order that I had ordered online.

I order for at 5:50. The order was supposed to arrive at 6:30 but it’s over a hour late. Then when I try to call to get an update and give the gate code to my apartment.But they put me on hold for 35 mins and when they answer the phone they just keepin putting me on hold. Don’t waste your time

will be deleting my app and never ordering again! my kids first year teaching wanted to treat his kids to pizza for their first year. we place an order, gets accepted and charged and now I can't get even get confirmation of cancellation or refund. did deliver through their app which serviced our to @doordash and they texted saying no one is at the store and last employee quit. called customer service 4 times kept getting hung up or rerouted finally talked to call center manager "Mike" and was told he could refund but couldn't give me cancellation confirmation. gave me corporate number and it directs you to the website to file a complaint. I will be filing a fraud charge to my CC.

It was a pretty tasty little pizza. But, I ordered extra cheese on my thin pizza and there was very little cheese. I would like it to be stringy when I pulled the slice off of it when I order extra cheese.

I would recommend to not order from this location unless you’re willing to give up an extra half hour waiting for an order placed in advance . There’s never someone to greet or dispatch orders and wait times are ridiculous .

Another 30 minutes later we get the notice that the delivery is complete, but half our order was missing. Calls to the store will not be answered. Don’t waste your time here for bad quality food.
