I guess I should have read the reviews first and I wouldn’t be here now. I simply ordered online because I just got home from work took two hours for my order to be “delivered” only for me to find out when I call the manager claims the delivery person called me and I cussed them out and said I didn’t want my food ? In what world would that makes sense especially if they were here I’m not sure . I let her know that I never received a call and I’m not sure what happened because I’ve been waiting and trying to track and she has a whole attitude telling me how she doesn’t care and all . I’ve already had a long day and I asked can I simply just come pick up the order and you remake it she finally says yes. However after all the attitude has was terrified to try and even eat the pizza from there because I just don’t know what people are capable of and I’m not trying to get sick. But to go back and forth with a customer when they are actually right is sickening I didn’t tell you to work in fast food you chose that so when you chose that you have to have a sense of understanding of the other person as you would want at any other job. As a manager you are a problem solver especially when the customer isn’t even escalating ! All in all it wasn’t even just about the food to why I left the review it’s just I literally had a long day mentally haven’t ate one thing and I patiently waited for me to be taken out of character falsely

I had a pizza ordered by Roger Morrison. My so called father. First off the pizza was raw and the cheese had meat and poison, it was so gross. You can tell they made the dough wrong. And I ordered two large pizzas and got one med. the drinks I got were the lemon lime soda. Brown color. Should be clear. Worst pizza I have ever gotten. And after running out of food and drinks it’s sad. You know I live in a motel because Roger takes my money from disabilities and then treats me like I’m noting. So thanks Pizza Hut. Made my night.

NEVER ORDER FEOM THIS LOCATION!!!First time I ordered from here took 3 hours to get my order delivered. Second time dasher brought me wrong order, one meant for someone named Elvia Macias; then I sent it back, but almost 24 hrs later haven’t received my order. They marked it like “Delivered”. Manager never took my call. Staff put me on hold several times, no success. I know it isn’t dasher fault but I’m beginning to think mine, Hick T possibly never returned wrong order and kept it. When tried to reach out back to him he just replied it was not in his hands but was coming back to me. How so? That never happened either!

I understand that anyone ordering during an inclement weather moment can have its moments and i fully understand that it may not work out due to the store having its own issues. However, Ordered at 6:09pm. Never received our food, said it was delivered. Was not. Tried to reach the store but was placed on hold for a total of 40 minutes from 2 different phones just to see if we could get through quicker. No dice. Had to dispute the charge with my bank just to get a refund. Seriously could NOT get through to the store whatsoever. Waited for nothing.

THEY LIE!!! Don’t waste your money here!Placed order for two pastas and cheese sticks. Received message that the order was delivered, the delivery person didn’t knock or anything. Regardless, they delivered Wingstop to my door, I ordered Pizza Hut, I called Pizza Hut, the manager said they’d send out the order again. When I received the order confirmation of my order being resent, I checked the tracker and it displayed a message alerting me the order was cancelled! I can’t make this up! Terrible experience.

Ordered online at 8pm and received multiple texts that the pizza was being delivered. Kept getting texts that the food was late. Nearly two hours later I called to cancel, and they told me it was just completed (they lied). The delivery person came to my house to tell me that they were asleep in the back, said someone else picked up the pizza at 3pm (I ordered it at 8pm), and refused to make my order. I kept calling and they kept hanging up on me or not answering. I am still trying to get a refund.
