Ordered off of my app. Gave specific instructions on how to deliver to my business. Have had them deluver to me before. They never came in. I had to walk outside and look for them. Person who answered the phone at the business was extremely rude and gave an attitude before I could even state the problem. Food was cold and boxes smashed. Awful experience. Bad customer service

I'm calling, they leave me waiting for more than half an hour and the person who answered my call is very rude. It's terrible service. They're going to ask me to call somewhere else. This really is terrible service. They say they give priority to whoever is there and not to whoever is calling. ??? ??

Absolutely unprofessional and terrible delivery time and service over the phone . Got put on hold and my delivery was almost 40 min. I cancelled the order and that’s when my driver pulls up. They didn’t even try to make amends just a sorry okay thanks. Terrible location . !!! Will not be ordering again
